One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I have paid 5x as much as this a night for a far worse hotel before. Staff where excellent couldn't do enough for you and many of them spoke good English. Room was stunning with a very comfortable bed and Japanese style toilet. Breakfast was good and hot spring was good too.

Hello, we had a great experience staying at your hotel and the hot spring is excellent. We're disappointed though that our deposit hasn't been refunded to us. The reception promised to deduct the hot spring ticket price for one (which we did purchase) but the refund hasn't been processed until now, almost a month after our stay. Could you please assist as soon as possible?

A large modern resort hotel, connected to hot spring facility.
Very spacious, and the breakfast was lovely.
It is quite far from the city, and there's very little in the local neighborhood regarding shopping or restaurants.

Continental breakfast is very limited and basic
The room is basic, but it's okay to stay

Hotel room is big and clean, exactly like the photos shown. Hotel give us ginger teas and a small bag with some useful items in it like face mask, heat pack and etc. They even give us a set of shower sets when we check out. Hotel staff are friendly too, highly recommended!
