出門不到100米就是中央大街，中央大街到頭就是松花江，坐船可以到太陽島，甚是方便呢。不到600米索菲亞教堂。東北虎林園，哈工大航天館，博物館打車不到20左右。對於我們想去的地方，已經非常好了！對於我們怕熱的來説，客廳如果在裝個空調那就更好了，不過現在也已經很好了！有機會下次再去，也會推給朋友！我們晚退房30分鐘，老闆真的沒得説，非常痛快的就同意了，超讚👍🏻

這家名宿選的時候很猶豫，到了之後真的超級滿意，全家都很滿意，3室一廳滿足我們一家人入住，雖然沒有電梯，但是房東都找人幫我們搬6個大箱子，真的很不錯，地理位置更絕，出門就是就在中央大街門口100米，位置沒得説，下次有機會還會來，推薦大家

房東大哥非常熱心熱情，怕我們找不到還特意在門口等着我們，使用情況也介紹的非常清楚，體驗了一把東北人的熱情。在小區對面就是中央大街了，非常繁華，各種小店琳琅滿目，直着穿過去就是防洪紀念塔，往左邊走可以做纜車，右手邊二三十米的地方就能買船票，兩種方法都能到對面的太陽島，另一邊到道里菜市場距離也就五百米，穿過市場就是聖索菲亞大教堂，地理位置特別好。再説房間內，180平米大三居，一進門就非常敞亮，每個屋子都是四四方方的，採光好、通風好，收拾的特別乾淨，衞生間也是乾濕分離，性價比太高了，大讚！

在這住了五天，酒店位置非常好，樓下一百米就是機場巴士中央大街站停靠點，到地鐵站大概三四百米距離，到中央大街，聖索菲亞大教堂，松花江都是步行距離，周邊吃飯購物非常方便。
相比酒店，住名宿的一個優點有比較大的公共的空間可以聚在一起，面積也大很多。如果是家庭出行還是很推薦的。

超級大的房子，而且是一梯一户的。超讚，離中央大街400米，晚上逛過去，吃完俄羅斯餐再逛回家消化消化。一家四口，三張大床，每個人都得到很好的休息好。還有麻將機，一家人打麻將。價格也很便宜，比開兩間中央大街的如家系列連鎖酒店便宜。房間我們沒拍照，旅遊累趴了，放幾張旅遊圖，東北值得來。

真的很不錯，3對母子。房間很大很方便，房東很細緻告知方法。就是沒電梯有點不太方便，好在我們行李不是太大，另外衹有一個衞生間多少有點不便，這些我覺得都可以忽略。離中央大街和聖索菲亞大教堂很近，都可以走着過去。地鐵站也很方便。總之不錯。
