酒店位置好，到各景點距離都合適，打車方便；出大堂左轉走幾十米有便利店，大堂外開放空間有座位可以喝酒聊天。衞生沒有問題，設施老一些、維護良好，站在浴缸裏才能淋浴的設計確實過時且不便，扣半分。江景房窗外風景不錯，白天晚上各有特點，晚上玻璃反光、手機拍不出來。住三天兩晚，媳婦帶孩子第一天八點半到酒店，不能提前入住，同等情況下，其他同星級或更高星級的酒店可以提供提前入住服務得滿分，不提供服務從邏輯上不能獲得同樣的分數，服務扣半分；以滿房為説辭，服務扣兩分，目的地各個酒店房間狀態，提前幾天持續獲取訊息是基本操作。

酒店地理位置好，離地鐵近。到中央大街、索菲亞廣場、中華巴洛克等都很方便。房間景觀非常棒！每天的日落非常美！離江邊步道很近很方便。設施、床品陳舊，衞生還可以。隔音一般。衞生間馬桶沖水聲大且緩慢。早餐尚可，但在目前住過的國內香格里拉酒店裡，恐怕衹能墊底了。服務品質好。

住的臨江的房間 真的景色太美了 尤其第一晚一推開門的日落 讓我至今印象深刻 酒店服務員都很熱情 見面會主動打招呼 衞生也還不錯 還有泳池和水療池 泡的很舒服 離江邊很近 周邊也很方便 離地鐵很近 然後説完優點 説説缺點 首先如果有大件行李箱 務必不要把車放在地下車庫 沒有電梯 然後是房間小 兩大兩小覺得有些侷促 最後是不能開窗 雖然能理解是為了安全 但也太憋悶了 綜上感覺房價偏貴

去年住過一次，覺得服務各方面都挺一般的，不積極不主動，今年來看演唱會訂了兩晚，感覺服務比去年好太多了。入住和離開都第一時間有工作人員幫忙拿行李，行李還送到房間。週日客房打掃的時候我提出衹需要補飲用水換毛巾倒垃圾即可，保潔阿姨多拿了幾瓶給我，還補充説她就在這層樓，有其他需求隨時找她。因為要趕早班機五點就要離開，前台主動説是否需要早餐打包服務，餐廳工作人員也認真記錄了食物要求，準備了滿滿一大袋子，到了機場還冒着熱氣，豆漿、小米粥、油條、雞蛋、紫薯包、蒸山葯、生菜色拉、蘋果，我想要的都有了，量大管飽又有營養，特別適合最喜歡吃早飯的我。非常感謝！請繼續加油！下次還會再來的！
美中不足是房間裏缺一個USB接口轉換器，房間裏的多用充電線沒法用呀。
圖是吃了一大半以後帶回家的早餐，好評。

就在松花江邊上，早晚可沿着松花江散步，景色宜人，即使八月份夏天也很涼爽。
全天軟飲小食:裏面的小豬🐷點心非常可愛。 行政走廊的服務生小妹妹工作積極主動，很有愛心。 打掃房間的保潔阿姨態度很好，認真負責，而且人很友善。

酒店的位置非常好，建在松花江畔，景色秀麗，空氣新鮮，地鐵上海接站步行四到五分鐘，坐地鐵兩站地直達中央大街，非常適合暈車的長者出行。酒店的游泳健體設施非常的方便，條件很好。
唯一美中不足的是，酒店開業較早，房間設施有點陳舊

酒店位置很好，前台小姐姐精心製作了旅遊攻略，酒店精心設計了文創禮物，可見企業對城市的擔當和熱愛，這是高端品牌內在的底藴。窗外風景如畫，松花江畔，夕陽灑向江面，美的炫目。遠眺太陽島，跨江纜車懸浮在碧空中，均出門可見。漫步江邊，欣賞着爾濱獨一無二的中式巴洛克建築之美，不覺就到了中央大街、索菲亞教堂等景點，吃着久違的鍋包肉、大碴子粥和紅腸，爾濱和香格里拉是消暑度假的完美組合
