強烈建議，超出意外。從入户起就有熱情接待，各種細節體現品質，本意就是帶着娃去融創樂園，接送服務更是到位。當然，有如此好的感受，還是因為融創樂園的確值得一玩，體驗感爆棚，東北人獨有的幽默熱情和演藝天賦，完全釋放。

哈爾濱施柏閣酒店很nice，免費停車，zack熱情，服務效率高，房間視野絕佳，俄式裝修典雅大氣。早餐種類超豐富，俄式紅菜湯和本地鍋包肉都超正宗。前台小姐姐熱情周到，我是從深圳來的，暑期訂房性價比高，還貼心推薦了周邊玩法，下次來還住這！

服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，帶孩子住的行政雙床房，每天送兩張融創樂園的套票，還有免費接駁車，前後去玩了兩天，孩子很高興，推薦帶孩子入住。
唯一的建議是洗手間和洗漱區可以做一下分離，現在是都在一個區域，上廁所的時候稍稍尷尬😅

位置：
1. 在融創樂園附近，可以溜達過去，也可以在酒店預約班車，在固定時間點會有班車送過去，但是送不到門口而是個停車場，還要自己翻過停車場，感覺不太好
2. 附近有個銀河水世界，包含樂園和洗浴兩個部分，門票也是分開計算的，我們白天去中心城區玩了一天，晚上回來過去體驗一下，有免費水果和飲料，還有非常多可以躺着休息的小格子間和太空艙，就是這次時間太短了，體驗兩小時就回酒店了
遊玩：
1. 融創樂園就在附近，可以去逛逛，但是裏面大概有一半是不包含在套票內，所以玩得不盡興
2. 市區中心可以逛的地方比較多，跟團遊的哈工大強烈推薦，自己去玩沒有講解體驗感會差很多
3. 吃飯去了酒店附近的屯二丫，性價比很高，但是燉菜又鹹又油，吃多了會膩，好在涼菜可以解膩
4. 中央大街附近的丁香小鎮餐廳強烈推薦，得去了感受一下地道的鍋包肉和尖椒幹豆腐

臨時決定過來住，果然這個選擇是對的，服務效率高，酒店還是很不錯的 房間比較寬敞 附近很便利 去商場 樂園都很近 附近美食也很多，酒店有免費的停車場，總體來説還是很好的，禮賓小哥哥也會主動幫忙拿行李！ 推薦入住！

Most friendly hotel in Harbin. Next time if i visit Harbin i will stay again. The staffs are even wonderful! Specially Demi helped us in challenging situations. She helped us a lot! This is a reference of customer service.

For the price paid, the hotel is good and clean. All the plugs are with universal plug so I don't even need to use my converter plug which is great! Due to the weather outside, inside can be quite stuffy as in Singapore we are too used to air-conditioning. But opening the window a little bit did help. They have a tub too.. nearby just behind the hotel there a playground and area to play with snow.. the big mall is also nearby..
