Too far away. Tried to cancel booking but hotel would not allow it. So next time, probably best to not prepay online.

The hotel for this review is the Park Hyatt Cloud Hotel in Shuangcheng District. When I opened the reservation, I saw the reviews saying it was very good, so I made the reservation. Overall, it is still very good, but there are some problems with some details. First, in this weather, the quilt feels a little damp to the touch and to lie on, and it feels like the return of the south wind, which is not right for this season. It should be poor ventilation. Second, there is cigarette ash on the ground next to the toilet in the bathroom. Third, this is a coincidence. I usually don’t use the hotel’s cups to drink. It happened that I needed to rinse my medicine, and both cups were affected. They were not cleaned. The tea stains inside must have been there for a long time. They were not brushed carefully at all, which also reflects the hygiene problems of the hotel’s tea sets. It seems that details and other issues still need to be deeply investigated! The toilet seat is also a little bit dirty, and I have no choice but to use paper as a pad when going to the toilet.

I stayed here when I was passing through Harbin. The price was cheap and the environment was good. I highly recommend it. I suggest you stay here if you are passing by. I went to the Ice and Snow World the next day. No problem. I recommend it. I will stay here again next time.
