The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel's exterior looked neglected and poorly maintained, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The dinner buffet was particularly disappointing, while breakfast was just okay. I hope they can make some improvements.

My stay at Birch Island Hotel was fantastic. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and answered all my questions patiently and meticulously. My fifth-floor, east-facing room offered a beautiful view. The hotel, set within a serene estate, was wonderfully quiet. Our morning and evening walks through the grounds felt like a private paradise for two, which was incredibly pleasant. For photography lovers, I highly recommend Birch Island Hotel – you're sure to leave happy.

The room was a typical business hotel standard – nothing fancy, but it was perfectly clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the food at the Chinese restaurant located right next door. The primary reason for staying here was the phenomenal environment. Even though a shuttle bus is required to reach the hotel, it was absolutely worth it for the stunning surroundings. The scenery is truly unbeatable; you could easily believe you were in the outskirts of Moscow if you didn't know any better! Getting the double ticket for Volga Manor was also excellent value.

The hotel is situated within an estate. We were on vacation with our child and had booked a family room, but the hotel upgraded us to a much larger and more spacious one. It offered a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle, with beautiful views from the window. Exotic architecture is visible everywhere, and the estate grounds themselves are quite expansive.

Volga Manor truly brings fairy tales to life; it's simply breathtaking! The hotel is nestled right within the resort grounds. The ambiance and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch, and the service was superb! Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having a mini-bar was a definite plus. We got to experience all the attractions: watching shows, enjoying boat rides, horse riding, and even the big slide!

The most unforgettable part of my trip to Harbin was Volga Manor, without question. It's simply breathtakingly beautiful and a place where you can truly find peace. Staying at the Birch Island Hotel was an excellent choice; it was incredibly relaxing, and the surroundings were superb. As someone who often struggles with sleep, I found it wonderfully quiet and comfortable. My only regret is how quickly time flew by – I definitely should have planned to stay for more days. I'll certainly be back!

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located near the breakfast restaurant. The only minor issue was finding a few small insects in the room, which is likely due to the beautiful natural surroundings. The overall area is lovely, the architecture is quite unique, and it's definitely worth taking some time to explore.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making both check-in and check-out very efficient. Room service was prompt, and all staff members were genuinely kind. The restaurant servers were very attentive, always proactively checking in on our needs. Our room was spacious, bright, and well-designed, featuring brand-new furniture. A special commendation goes to the young lady at the front desk; her service was absolutely outstanding.

A very clean environment and an unforgettable experience. The ambient was great, with top tier service right from the entrance to the Manor up to the hotel. In addition to having a beautiful exterior and interior, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The package is worth it, compared to just a day visit, especially for a family stay.

My visit to Harbin Volga Manor was a mix of highs and lows. The architecture is beautiful and unique. So, it really does feel like stepping into a Russian fairytale. There are some lovely photo spots, and the atmosphere is peaceful, especially when covered in snow. However, some parts of the park and facilities felt a bit worn and could use better maintenance. The food options were limited and staff communication in English was quite limited, which made things a bit challenging at times. We had to rely a lot on Google translate. Most of the rides we don’t know how to book too due to this reason as well.

Must visit place when you go to Harbin.. I really love the vibe here.. When we arrived classical Russian music was playing immediately put us to a serene mood. Comfortable room stay here. We booked 2 rooms 5 people. Breakfast & foods also delicious here. You can watch Russian show on the theather for RMB80 for around 45 minutes.
