Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

The experience was amazing! The location is great, there are many delicious foods around, there are attractions outside, and the transportation is convenient. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are of high quality. The boss is enthusiastic, responsive, and shares travel guides. The price-performance ratio is super high, I will stay here next time! Highly recommended to everyone!

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

The hotel service is very good, the Chinese breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. The room is spacious and clean, the parking lot is huge and convenient. It is 100 meters away from the subway station and convenient to the Ice and Snow World Sun Island Central Street.

Thanks to the handsome guy at the front desk for upgrading our room type. The big room is worth it. The hotel is really new, even the film on the hair dryer is still attached. The downside is that there is a smell of formaldehyde, which is inevitable. I will choose this one next time

They’re very close to where the Ice & Snow World is! They have good restaurants nearby and the neighbourhood looks very happy and giving especially in winter ~ Other attractions are 20-40 mins away but didi is really cheap. Good staff and professional one. They have free dinner from 9:30. Truly appreciate them not wasting leftover breakfast on the day. Only issue is that they don’t speak much English. ~

The experience exceeded my expectations. I wanted to take my children to the Polar Museum on Saturday. When I was looking at tickets, I saw the Polar Bear Hotel. Sleeping with polar bears and taking two tickets to the museum were so worth it. I booked the tickets decisively. The customer service added WeChat before check-in and reserved a parking space. I checked in around 7pm and saw the cute big bear sleeping. There were little surprises in every corner of the room, especially the instant hot water kettle. I brought it with me every time it appeared. I wanted to stay for only one night so I didn't bring it. I didn't expect her family to be very attentive. It is an instant hot water machine. You can drink safe hot water by just screwing on the mineral water. Great 👍 And whether it is the front desk, customer service or breakfast service staff, their attitudes are very warm and friendly 👍
