It's surrounded by a full range of amenities, including plenty of restaurants, a morning market within walking distance, and a historical district nearby for exploration. The rooms are very good, nicely decorated, and fully equipped. The front desk service was exceptional and highly responsive. They promptly assisted with all our requests, whether it was for items like a desk lamp or extra bath towels, receiving express packages, or helping with printing. The hotel is located within a commercial building. A slight drawback is the absence of a dedicated parking lot, requiring coordination with the front desk. Access can be difficult when there are many vehicles. This isn't unique to this hotel, as similar parking issues affect other hotels in Harbin. Thankfully, street parking is usually available and acceptable. Overall, my stay at this hotel was very pleasant, and the service was excellent.
