Wir waren für zwei Tage in dem Hotel, die Betten waren sehr bequem und man konnte gut schlafen, aber das Bad war leider nicht sauber und ich würde in dem Hotel nicht länger als zwei Nächte bleiben. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage war ganz okay

Hotel is in a good location but we suffered very early morning noise from lorries reversing outside our bedroom window with a loud audible reverse warning. Also other noisy deliveries followed.

Carpet was heavily stained and none of the plug sockets in our room worked. Sink in the bathroom also looked grubby and the fold out bed was very uncomfortable. There was also a smashed window in the stairwell.

comfortable quiet room and managed to get onto the free parking . Staff really friendly and enjoyed our stay.

This is a decent hotel which is super convenient for the station. Free parking in the outside bit just outside, but shared with public so you might have to wait for a space

A quiet hotel , even with trainline at back and busy road in front . Comfortable room and bed . No parking charges . Was meant to be staying at Harlow Accor but such bad experience that we ended up at Travel Lodge Harlow , which was a godsend . Leanne , the Manager and the lady on the desk this morning at 5.30 am were both fabulous . The only downside was small bath but excellent quality bath towels . Will defo stay again . Thanks Travel Lodge

Ted doesn’t like the mattress he said it was very hard and not nice. Wasn’t too happy at the idea of a spring poking him through his sleep. He was less than impressed with the sheet or version of a sheet. Poor ted, very disappointed. Poor sleep incoming.

Excellent location for station. Comfy bed. I wished I'd taken my own soap and shampoo because the stuff in the container supplied, bolted to the wall over the bath, wasn't very good. The bath was too short for me but it was clean and the water was hot.
