Premier Inn Hartlepool Marina

Our stay for 3 nights was good. The rooms are too hot in the summer and could do with having some Aircon fitted. A fan was provided. The noise level outside was good, but we had a family of elephants above us and at 3am were woken up by their stomping around. Next time I'll ask for an upstairs room! Say was mostly comfortable.

Hailey at reception was an absolute angel when I booked the wrong hotel for business by accident. She helped me reorganise my booking all within about 30 minutes and was so calm and kind. She made a very long journey end on a positive and I am very grateful for her wonderful kindness and amazing customer service, thank you Hailey!

One of the best Premier Inn’s I have been to and I have stayed in many whilst on business. The service from all of the staff was exceptional. I was greeted by the lovely Sophie who is without doubt a real credit to the hotel. I seriously believe the hotel would be lost without her. It’s clear to see that the staff are the forefront of this successful hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need for a home away from home. If in doubt the Inn on the marina is the one. 5* Exceptional.

The inn on the marina is always our first choice when visiting family in Hartlepool. A truly wonderful stay yet again. The rooms are very clean and up to the usual premier inn standard. We were delightfully surprised to receive a welcome note and a packet of yummy biscuits in our room…this was a first and such a lovely touch. All the staff were fantastic and very helpful. We did encounter a lovely blonde girl on the front desk (throughout our full stay). She was always pleasant and happy to help. The team are such a credit to the hotel. Keep doing what you’re doing.

This is probably the best Premier inn we have been to and we have stayed in many . Reception staff beyond first class. Bedrooms great. No plus rooms in this hotel. View over the marina is magnificent. Brewers Fayre next door is also first class. Seriously this is a fantastic Premier Inn.

This has got to be the BEST Premier Inn that we’ve stayed in. The receptionist Erika is just so friendly and great with kids. The highlight was the duck hunt in the hotel room which got us all involved. We almost turned the room upside down to look for it! Location is fantastic and the view is just amazing. A very memorable stay.
