"Spent one overnight at this property and chosen due to its proximity to Quedlinburg (about 10 mins). It is a redone Chateau or large stately building. The front entrance is a exit only with reception on the side. The whole set up just seems off (not right). The place doesn't seem to know what it wants to be. Is it a Ibis Budget or is it a M Gallery? The self check in is goofy, the entrance is goofily located. The rooms are nice with a nice set up and very tall ceilings, nice coffee machine. Toiletries were in the cheap side. They need to figure out what clientele they want to attract. We did not have breakfast because at 22 euro person. It better be Hilton or Mariott quality and I don't think that it would have been. The 124 euros paid for one night in an area that frankly is not well positioned and the price point is too much. I guess they have to recoup their investment. In general I thought all the prices for the area were more than they should have been. Having just just come from Berlin. I paid less for everything (food, hotels, fuel) in Berlin than here which is in former E. Germany rural country side. Loved Quedlinburg but again one thing struck as odd. During the evening meal time. Lots of people having drinks or coffee or cake and not meals. Probably because pricing is off. The other thing in general that Germany has to come to terms with. Use credit cards, not Cash or EC card. So many places were cash only. It is 2026, international traveler don't carry a fist full of euros. Bottom line. Neat one time stay, wouldn't come back. Overall they have done a good job at redoing the accommodations and customer service we encountered was nice. Recommendations: figure out what kind of hotel you want to be. I would put in your own pool. Paying 23 euros for 3 hours at the public swimming pool is a non starter when all you want is a quick dip. Plus I think it would draw more clientele."

"Good location for hiking to the Brocken mountain. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious. I bumped my head on the rail above the pillow; it's at an awkward height. There's a staff shortage. Unfortunately, the receptionists are always somewhere else, which is a shame. I've worked in hotels before and know how stingy the owners/managers can be. So, please hire more people. If the hotel had guests all year round, this wouldn't be a problem."

"أنا وزوجي كنا في فندق الجبل في الفندق لمدة 4 أيام. حجزنا فندق Junior Suite. هذا مزينة بشكل أنيق للغاية. السرير مريح للغاية ودون القدم، والتي هي ميزة جدا في حجم جسمي 1.85m. فريق تنظيف الغرف يقوم بعمل جيد للغاية. إذا كنت ترغب في تنظيف متوسطة، يمكنك أن ت deposit بطاقة المقابلة في منطقة المدخل. عظيم جدا هو وجبة الإفطار والبوفيه المسائي. يوجد الكثير من الخيارات و لا يهم ما الذي تختاره، فالغرف غاية في الذوق!! و الطاقم ودود جدا موقع الفندق حلم جدا مطل على جبل تقريبا في وسط الغابة تقريبا يوجد مواقف كبيرة ومنطقة خارجية نظيفة جدا أيضا وكيف يمكن القراءة أنا حقا متحمس من هذا الفندق."

"We were happy with a family celebration in the hotel. Due to the large number of guests, several changes had to be made beforehand. All changes were made and confirmed quickly and precisely. Small things such as table reservations were carried out by the staff without any special request and without complaint. The various menus in the evening gave no reason for complaint, the food was sufficient and the eye could eat along very well. At breakfast, the only complaint was the stupidity of a young waiter. The fried egg we ordered was not served after the first, second or even third request. But the error was corrected with a sufficient apology from another member of staff. The rooms were clean, adequately equipped, and special pillows were brought to the room immediately. The bar was also flawless, the drinks appealing and delicious."

"Very nice located castle. Just find the reception and other facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff at both the reception and the restaurant. Rooms were super large and equipped. everything was needed. The heating had to fight with the temperature but 19 degrees of warm were the rooms. A heating air/infrared heating was available to increase the temperature in the bathroom in the short term. We usually sleep at 18 -19° C therefore no problem. The ordered sect was with 2 glasses on the room as ordered. We had no food pre-ordered in the restaurant, but after consultation there was no problem to get food. The breakfast did not leave any wish open. The spa area is divided into different areas and was perfectly sufficient and beautiful. I can continue to recommend it fully. We will come back in summer."
