There is just one word for this hotel - SUPERB! From the welcome at reception, to the quality of the rooms and the food in the restaurant it was quite exceptional. The staff were friendly, there were free soft drinks and beer in the minibar as well as a welcome gift of a little gateau Basque, it had a comfortable bed and excellent facilities (everything looks new or newly refurbished) - it really gets 10/10 from me, which I don't give lightly. It has one Michelin star already, but richly deserves two or more.

Un superbe hôtel, combiné avec une succulente table où d'excellents produits sont associés de manière sophistiquée sans être extravagante et un accueil très chaleureux de toute l'équipe. Avec en plus le plaisir d'être aux premières loges face aux cuisines. Merci !

Nous avons fait le choix de l'offre Saint Valentin repas soir table étoilée, nuit, petit déjeuner. L'équipe est très sympathique et les chefs à l'écoute des clients grâce aux remontées du personnel de salle. J'aurais juste préféré que le café du matin soit certes servi à la tasse mais l'ajout d'un pot à café serait un plus, surtout pour pour les gros consommateurs.

hôtel ou on se sent comme à la maison . tout est parfait avec le délicieux gâteau basque qui nous attend dans la chambre à l'arrivée . sans oublié le bistrot Pilotari attaché à l'hôtel ou pour un prix vraiment très raisonnable vous mangez des plats dignes du restaurant étoilé.

Excellent week-end dans cette maison basque traditionnelle entièrement ŕenovee avec un magnifique trinquet attenant. Accueil parfait, chambre très agréable , tout confort. Décoration soignée. Plateau de bienvenue avec un petit gâteau basque maison succulent. Petit déjeuner délicieux et varié , accueillis par un des deux chefs!!!A recommander.

Une belle bâtisse, au cœur d'une campagne très vallonnée : voilà qui commence bien. S'ensuit un accueil charmant puis la présentation d'une jolie chambre, fonctionnelle, avec un lit au matelas (qui se révèlera excellent) à l'épaisseur impressionnante. Côté restauration, entre inventivité, variété et excellence des saveurs, c'est une sorte de festival gastronomique, agrémenté d'un service on ne peut plus aimable et compétent. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il apparaît en parfaite cohérence avec les observations précédentes. Conclusion évidente : mon épouse et moi-même ne pouvons que recommander ce remarquable établissement que nous avons bien l'intention de retrouver dès que possible.

Sensationnel ! L’hôtellerie est très bien , produis d’accueil locaux à base de lait d’anesse . Le restaurant etoilé : excellent . J’adore la cuisine ouverte . L’équipe de salle super sympa et très pro . Les chefs très abordables et ravis de discuter avec nous . La réceptionniste et la femme de ménage adorables et très pro . C’est une équipe gagnante que nous avons rencontré.Nous avons hâte d’y retourner
