"Hotel was situated in a beautiful scenic place but room wasn't clean, Stains on carpet & headboard of bed had two disgusting greasy head prints!
Got by with that but what I didn't like was I couldn't actually sleep as it sounded like a heard if elephants above us as rooms were not sound proof"

"The place was renovated and refurbished. Very modern and updated design. Absolutely comfy. Very clean. The bed is soft suited my liking. However, regarding about the amenities, it would be best if they can provide hair conditioner as well."

"Great location. We stayed there for two nights. Basic breakfast but good. Breakfast time gets busy and we have to wait for fresh plates and it took a while. Other than that we had a great stay. Free parking and EV charger available. Would stay again :)"

"The room was clean and well presented . Check in was made more difficult as the screen did not work for both ourselves and others which meant waiting for a receptionist to man the desk. She was polite and efficient. The breakfast was good. Parking was limited and we paid for parking on a nearby street . This turned out to be cheeped than the multi story car park even when the discount was applied
Overall we were pleased with our two night stay in St Albans. This was the fourth forth hotel we stayed at and was certainly the best of the bunch"
