Resort Borgos

This is a brilliant place and especially for safari. Everyone was very helpful. Resort organised our safaris and one I guess Central is very close to this place. Food was great and room was spacious. Whole place is aesthetically designed and maintained. The resort is very green which is great. I loved the Assamese restaurant and went there twice and would recommend it highly.

The Assamese Thali at Juhal Restaurant was excellent.....Special Thanks to Osman Goni and Pranab Sawra.. The overall hospitality at Borgos was a great experience for all of us.....Looking forward to visit it again in the near future.....

Very big resort with all amenities and two restaurants with delicious food.Had a great time there.They serve extremely tasty breakfast and also have cultural dance show in the evening.Lots of greenery in the resort Reception area is so beautifully done with all wood work.Its very peaceful place

Excellent service from staff of the resort. Housekeeping is very tidy . Thanks to Bishwajit Mandal, Housekeeping dept. for his kind and humble nature. And above all the complimentary breakfast is really a good combination of assamese traditional foods ***** with other indian dishes.

LANDED UP ON A 11 DAY NORTH EAST TRIP AND FIRST POINT OF HALT WAS KAZIRANGA . STAYED AT BORGOS HOTEL AND SPA MY FRIEND , SELF AND SPOUSES. HAD A BIT OF HEARTBREAK AT RECEPTION AS NO VIEW ROOMS WERE OFFERED. THE *** ON THE FRONT DESK DEMONSTRATED CUSTOMER FACE ( HE IS PRANJAL PROTIM FUARAH) AND QUICKLY WENT BY THE SPIRIT OF OUR BOOKING SERING TWO LADIES AND TWO GENTLEMEN ALL SENIOR CITIZENS; AND PROVIDED NATURE VIEW BALCONY ROOMS AND AFTER DOING A FAVOUR WAS STULL APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE DISCOMFORT SUFFERED BY US WAITING. HATS OFF .A FEW MORE OF PRANJALS CAN CHANGE ANY HOSPITALITY BUSINESS. IT WAS ON 19TH APRIL AFTERNOON THS YEAR. THERE AFTER THE WALK DOWN AND UP THE WOIDEN STAIRS WITH WOODEN MURALS SKILLFULLY DISPERSED AROUND GAVE A JUNGKE FEEL EVEN INSIDE A HOTEL BEYOND THE RECEPTON DESK ITS ALL GREEN AND TO US IT WAS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. WHEN WE MOVED INTO THE ROOM _ ONLY CAN SAY "WOW". THE AMBIENCE AND WHATS NEEDED WERE JUST THERE. ONE CANNOT ADK FOR MORE. FOOD BOTH DINNER AND BREAKFAST WAS A GOOD SPREAD WITH CHOICES AND A PERSONAL TOUCH OF WARMTH EVERYWHERE. TRULY APPRECIATE THE COURTEOUS STAFFS ACROSS DISCIPLINES AND FUNCTIONS. WILL RECOMMEND WITHOUT BATTING MY EYELIDS IF IN KAZIRANGA BE WITH BORGOS , FEEL THE INNER WARMTH OF A PLACE NOT BUILT BY BRICK AND MORTAR BUT BY REACHING BEYOND CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS IN TERMS OF STAY.. PRANJOL , I CANNOT FORGET EVEN NOW . HAS HEAD AND HEART WORKING IN TANDEM. TEAM BORGOS_ KEEP UP THE QUALITY BAR YOU HAVE CREATED OVER TIME AND KEEP RAISING THE BAR. CHEERS SOUGATA CHAUDHURI

Excellent location and very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, toilet was large & clean, food variety and tastes were very much to our liking. The staff were extremely courteous and they went out of the way to provide us 2 rooms with good outside view.
