Every thing in this resort is good..private beach is so good.. Anjali maam in reception is so polite and well behaved 🩷🩷

The restaurant and the staff, especially Satya were superb. Liked very much the stay. Good service and great location with a clean and beautiful private beach.

Very eco friendly...also family friendly....staff behaviour is very good restaurant also very good survice.... highly recommended try lobster it's really good rooms are very clean.... private beach should have been more organized and decorated...there was some water leakage bathroom ceiling... over all good experience

Had an amazing and relaxing holiday at Ocean Tree Resort at havelock island (swarj deep). The facilities were excellent, the service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to all the staff, who made our experience truly exceptional ! Their hospitality added a special touch to our stay. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I was forced to cancel my reservation just outside the cancellation window due to a genuine medical emergency. While I fully understand that policies exist for a reason, most reputable hotels I’ve dealt with in the past (even those with the exact same cancellation rules) have shown empathy and at least provided a credit or voucher for a future stay in such circumstances. Unfortunately, this property showed absolutely no flexibility or concern for customer well-being and flatly refused any form of refund or credit. What makes this worse is that I wasn’t asking for special treatment but simply for the same level of courtesy and understanding that other hotels have extended in similar situations. The rigid, unsympathetic response I received speaks volumes about how little they value their guests. Travel is unpredictable, and medical emergencies can happen to anyone. A hotel that refuses to show even the slightest consideration in such cases is not one I would want to return to. I will not be booking with this property again and would strongly caution others to think twice before choosing it.
