The hotel was good but the location was not accessible by car.
you have to walk but overall the hotel is a good choice

At walkable distance from the jetty, this place offers a scenic view of the sea. The caretaker of the property, Karthik is kind and helpful.
Kayaking kind of starts from their courtyard.
For Scuba, kayaking, elephant beach activities booking is available nearby. We took help from Umair, and the experience was wonderful and budget friendly.

Full of mosquitoes no wifi no hot water. They do not care about providing amenities mentioned, they are more focused on sell-ling packages

I found this hotel via Make my trip....I was worried about my stay in the peak season of Dec-Jan.. but after all I got a nice stay...Nice place near Laxmanpur sunset point......Neil island.

The room is very clean and the location is near to jetty with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff are friendly and i had a comfortable stay. The only problem is there is no geyser in the washroom

Though not an absolute place to stay in terms of the facilities like hot water, ac, cleanliness etc, yet the option of staying there could be seriously evaluated as the staff is extremely friendly. Plus the location of the hotel vis-a-vis closeness with the jetty makes it strategically very comfortable.

The place is full of mosquitoes. It's poorly managed. They don't offer wifi and hot water. They care more about selling activities packages than their own property.
