整潔乾淨，員工親切.房內有小廚房可以煮早餐. 樓下便是火車站/地鐵站. 從機場坐巴士乘3個站便到達酒店. 酒店可寄存行李

位置沒得説，酒店門口正對面就是地鐵+火車站。有新開的伊麗莎白線，還有火車。直接去市中心很方便，去機場也方便。
出門右拐走路10分鐘左右，就有挺多商鋪的。樓下出門右拐走路不到一分鐘還有家超市（testco），要買些食材自己回房間煮也挺方便。房間有提供鍋碗瓢盆。
前台工作人員態度很差。你對他們微笑到臉抽筋，他們還是一點笑容都擠不出來。
房間也沒有很乾凈。會有人來打掃，大概一週打掃一次。還是沒很乾凈。
聽説這家酒店目前暫停營業，要等23年年中後才再開放。希望到時他們的工作人員的整體素質能有所提高。
由於工作人員態度和衞生原因，應該不會再選擇在這裏住了。

性價比較高，服務人員態度超好，入住當天看我們行李多，主動幫我們升級了一卧室房間，酒店式公寓的缺點是沒有打掃衞生沒有替換毛巾之類的，但我想這個應該能接受，因為你把它當成自己家一樣，那麼應該自己整理一下不希望外人來打擾吧！廚房內設施齊全，可以買東西自己做飯吃，酒店對面就是地鐵車站，到機場和市中心都相當方便，總體我感覺很好，下次來倫敦會繼續選吧這家酒店！
