The room was acceptable, and parking was convenient.
However, the elevator was out of service with no prior notice — a basic courtesy that should have been communicated ahead of time.
The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Over our three-night stay, the only hot item offered was an omelette. On the first morning, it was inedible; the following two mornings, it was barely acceptable. Thin paper plates were used, making it difficult to carry hot food safely.
Options were extremely limited — no yogurt, just waffles, cereal, and muffins. This should not be marketed as a “full breakfast,” especially when compared to other Comfort Inns where the breakfast quality is significantly better.
While the stay met basic expectations, the lack of communication and poor breakfast experience were serious letdowns.

We were very pleased with our rooms and free continental breakfast. The front desk staff are very nice Mercedes and Tracy and the housekeeper. ❤️

Stayed one night after our flight from the UK to San Francisco.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the receptionist very friendly and the location was perfect for our onward route to Yosemite.
Would recommend to anyone.
