Was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed On the website it said all new rooms mine looked like it hadn’t been touched for years Never again

First time staying at this travelodge and was impressed the room was clean and tidy. I stayed on the 2nd floor which was nice and quiet. Must stay tho what a lovely young lady on reception Chloe was very professional and very kind. Would definitely recommend this hotel thank you

On our way to Eastbourne, we went to Travelodge for breakfast, and it was excellent. The service and the staff are very friendly. Beautiful, secluded, and calm place. Well-cleaned and nice atmosphere. We will get back to you again. I left my handbag and called them, and they were kind enough to keep it for me to collect the next day. Thanks to Yaz and Elisha xx

I’ve stayed here a few times previously but have not been for a a long while and it was nice to see some familiar faces. Chloe was there at check in with some lovely news to tell me, congratulations again! Chloe has always been lovely to talk to and goes out of her way to make the stay a lovely one. Lori who has been the manager for a long while and has always been very welcoming and works hard to run a tight ship. The room was lovely and clean as always and has had a refurb since I was last here. I will definitely come again, I won’t leave it so long next time. Thank you everyone, see you next time :)

Is what you expect from a travelodge. Comfy and no frills. Amenities available are very good, great that you get free parking especially that near Brighton.

Absolutely brilliant service…comfy bed and plenty of plugs and usb chargers… Lori, the lady in the Burgess Hill lodge was an angel…she couldn’t do enough for us…so helpful and friendly…she deserves a pay rise!….lovely fluffy pillows and definitely worth every penny!!

We are regular guests at this particular Travelodge, every time we stay here the hotel is clean and the staff are very welcoming! Thank you to all the staff for making each and every stay lovely! We will certainly keep on returning for the foreseeable

Hotel was dirty and no staff were available to raise our issues with. Bathroom had mould and grime! You could also hear every movement of those staying on the floor above. There is no excuse for any of the above, I have photo evidence to support my comments and will be expecting a refund of some sort!! Utterly disgusting.

Excellent hotel, superbe bedroom, good bed and pillow. The night receptionist Nichola is very friendly, kind and very professional. A great person. Hotel well located, easy to find, Bathroom well clean. Parking free. Best rating for the night receptionist. Her first name is Nichola. Thank you again
