Ended up paying twice as they had no account of my booking , even though I showed them my bank account . Sent them statements from both payment methods and they still said we have no booking for you. Had to chase through credit card company when I returned to Uk . Countless emails to the Heerlen hotel and head office ( not a single reply from them ) The hotel is very average , I wouldn’t say the staff are over friendly towards you.The double bed was two singles pushed together that kept spreading in the middle I will never be going back there .
