Probably the best hotel in Wudalianchi, but still it leaves much to be desired. Service is not very friendly (we were given a room of lower standing upon arrival and were first told that we were wrong when we complained about it) and bedsheets were dirty. Also the breakfast is only served during one hour in the early morning, but I guess this is standard in the Chinese Far North. The spa is the highlight, we had a very nice experience there!

At 7:30 in the morning, the hotel cleaner knocked on the door twice and came in. I was still sleeping and was shocked. When I asked her what she was doing, she said she thought I had checked out and came in to clean. Didn't you ask the front desk first whether I had checked out? Knocking on each door to confirm in the early morning, it's outrageous. At 8:30, they started trimming branches with a chain saw outside. In short, if you want to have a good rest, you should consider it carefully. The facilities are a bit old, but everything else is OK

We had a wonderful 3 days in the best hotel of this resort! Our room in building A was clean and spacious! The bathroom is large, with excellent plumbing! The breakfasts are very decent in Chinese style! Special thanks to the staff and security service!!! They quickly helped to find and return my mobile phone, which I dropped from my pocket in the back seat of a taxi. I would gladly go back there again!

I was not very satisfied with the last two nights. I felt that their service was a bit poor. I originally wanted to ask them for an extra quilt cover but they didn't have it. Then many things were not available, so I was not very satisfied in the end.

The overall environment should be considered better than Wudalianchi, and it is close to the scenic spot with beautiful scenery. The hot springs are very comfortable and there are outdoor barbecues in the summer. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small, and my aunt came to clean it before I even got up in the morning.

First of all, check in. There is no parking or cars allowed in such a big square at the entrance. If I hadn't asked the waiter to take my luggage, I would have had to drag a bunch of luggage and stuff across. The hotel has no awareness of barrier-free facilities at all, and the various steps and thresholds are very inhumane. There is no elevator or air conditioning on the 4th floor of Building B of the Second Hotel. The hotel room door is not tight and there is a big gap. The third hotel room only had one pillow. I asked for an extra pillow, but the pillow was so dirty and had a lot of marks on it. The attitude of the waiter at the breakfast restaurant of the Fourth Hotel was particularly bad. You need to collect the tableware yourself for breakfast. This was the first time I heard that. Because I didn’t understand why this was necessary, the waiter rolled his eyes and was very aggressive. To sum up, I said it was a hotel and the waiter said they were not, it was a nursing home. I didn’t understand the difference because no matter what you call it, I am a consumer. I spent money and didn’t get the treatment that normal consumers receive. The service staff were arrogant and unreasonable. And there is an inexplicable sense of superiority. Please open your eyes and see. It has been reform and opening up for n years. Don’t look like a state-owned enterprise in the planned economy of the 1970s and 1980s.
