"It was a very nice stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. The service was top notch. Unfortunately, I do have one small criticism. The tiles in the shower are very slippery and there is no way to hold on. Other than that, everything was wonderful."

"No check-in instructions were provided. You actually have to go to the "Heilbronner Hotel am schönen Theater" to check in and pay, then go to the "Heilbronner Pension am schönen Theater," 200 meters away. The entrance is through an uninviting back courtyard (with garbage). The self-service check-in machine is out of order. The spacious room #15 (4 single beds) is on the 4th floor (no elevator), under the eaves (entirely a mansard roof), and should be avoided in warm weather: it's difficult to cool down despite the four skylights and two fans. The refrigerator and Wi-Fi don't work. Parking is available for a fee (€8) at the hotel (there is no parking at the pension)."
