"The room design was terrible. The so-called 180-degree view was just a facade shared with the lobby, with absolutely no soundproofing. Calling the front desk was unhelpful; they even rudely asked which room I wanted. Breakfast was even worse. It was only served until 9:30 am, and by 8:30 am there was hardly any food left. The tables were left unattended. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I chose this hotel because of the good reviews, but I never expected such service. How did they even get those good reviews?"

"حجزت غرفه في الطابق الخلفي. كانت الغرفه كبيره. النظافه جيده نوعا ما. ولكن عندي ملاحظه على الاستقبال في الفندق يجب ان تاخذها معي في الاعتبار لان المنطقه ليست امنه. والافطار جيد. والخدمه ممتازه. وانصح في زيارتها الى المنطقه المركزيه. تم تسجيل الدخول في المبنى الرئيسي وعند القدوم تم فقد المكان الذي كان يبعد عن المطار قليلا وبدأوا بإعطائنا غرفتي المخصصة للطابق السابع والذي لم يكن أسرة السكن فيه نتيجة لذلك رفضنا دخول الغرفة في هذي الحالة وتواصلنا مباشرة مع المكتب الامامي لتغيير الغرفة في الطابق الخامس، في حين تم تذكيرنا بوجود مشكلة وجود جهاز تلفاز ينتشر في الطابق الخامس في الليل، صحيح أننا تمكنا من التغلب على النزل أثناء النوم. كان الإفطار وفيرة إلى حد ما. عند تسجيل الخروج نسينا حليب الأطفال في الغرفة ، واتصل مكتب الاستقبال لي تنبيه في الوقت المناسب ، وأشكركم !"

"الفندق جيد و جديد و المرافق قوية ونظيفة و القيادة بنفسها مريحة لسهولة الوصول لمواقف السيارات تحت الارض كبيرة. هناك الكثير من الطعام حولها. الفندق مقابل الباب مختصر على مئات الخطوات من المدرجات للوصول الى مركز تجاري و بعد مئات الخطوات من المشي لمربع كينق تسمى حافة النهر و تسلق مدينة كان من الممتع ان تتسلق. الفندق ممتاز يوجد به عدد ٢ اخت مقدمه في الدور ال ٩٤٦ ويوجد به مواقف مجانيه ويوجد به مواقف مجانيه ولكن توجد مواقف مجانيه وبجانب الفندق توجد مطاعم ممتازه ."
