"الفندق جديد والغرفة واسعة. بوفيه الافطار منوع جدا. والمجمع جميل للمشي في الاستجمام. قريب من المطاعم والسوبرماركت ومركز المؤتمرات (عالم النسيم) ولكن الأسعار مبالغ فيها، ببساطة، في مقابل هذا المعايير. فالأسعار المدفوعة تنحدر إلى ما دون التوقعات. لا يستحق هذا الفندق الكثير. لقد بقيت في فنادق أفضل من هذا وسعرها المعقول. الفندق جيد بشكل عام. لا أعتقد أنه يجب أن يكون هناك تغيير في المعايير."

"The room is warm and comfortable, and the hygiene is good. The campground is located in the vineyard, quiet and beautiful. The service staff has a very good attitude. They will pick you up from the parking lot and help carry your luggage to the room. The restaurant in the camp has a good environment and delicious food. I recommend the red wine grilled lamb chops. The six small dishes for breakfast are also delicious."

"Highly recommend Helan Xingcheng Hotel! This stay was fantastic, and I must give a shout-out to Xiao Zhang at the front desk – her service was warm and attentive. She proactively helped with my luggage, pointed me to parking, and patiently explained the non-smoking lobby and nearby attractions, making me feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were clean and tidy, the non-smoking lobby was spacious and refreshing, and the environment was elegant and comfortable. Parking was ample and very convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh ingredients and tasted amazing. The entire experience was impeccable, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Helan!"
