Good room

Little bit far from the station, but still very easy to access. The front desk are very friendly and allow us to store our luggage before we can check in. Unexpectedly, the room offered to us was very big, we could open our two big luggages freely, very much appreciated! Such a nice accommodation and really recommend!

all good！The breakfast is nice！ and also the service is good！ It is very close to the metro station and shopping center！So so good！very comfortable for people to going！ I will come here in the next time！

Overall stay was ok. However room design was very weird. Bathroom floors were not heated which wasn’t great during the cold weather. Tried calling reception several times to request  for an extra heater as the room heating wasn’t sufficient. Nobody answered and had to go down to reception to request for one. Funny thing is even the reception staff was not aware if it was available.  I have never been to a hotel where the staff at reception would answer me with “I don’t know” or I’m not sure, I need to check. Breakfast spread was good with many choices.

很推薦的一家酒店，房間洗手間很大。 配了桑拿房。離kamppi很近，地理位置很好 服務也不錯 對比holiday inn的早餐，會更豐盛一些，總體挺推薦

房間大，床也比較大，乾淨衞生。早餐比較單一，每天都一樣的，但也還過得去，還有鮮榨的果汁～服務態度比較好，會主動問好啥的，推薦入住！

Excellent customer service and good location. Huge thanks to Constantin ( hope the name is spelled accurately) and his colleague ( another male counter staff) for their patience and consistent assistance during our stay. The room was clean. And one can walk to the main attractions by walking.

位置和酒店員都佳，但房間本來不太小，可是欠書枱，連放皮架也沒有，每次都要蹲下取東西。二人房只有一張椅子！

房間小！真的小！很小！我的行李箱才20存，衹能放在角落裡打開。如果放在走道，就沒有走路的地方了。真的很小！！！ 整個房間裝修，傢俱都顯得很典雅，很高檔，床品很好，枕頭被子很舒服，尤其是被子，我好像還沒用過這麼舒服的被子。 離康皮9走路兩分鐘，方便坐地鐵去任何地方。
