The hotel was awful. The rooms were in terrible condition, with minimal cleanliness and no soundproofing – we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The fridge only worked occasionally, and the sheets were changed just once during our entire stay. When we made complaints, the response we got was, “Take your complaints to the mayor.” The staff were rude, especially the behavior of the owner, who had no problem yelling over the phone for any reason – even just because we were talking or laughing, which is completely normal when you’re traveling with friends. Throughout our stay, the staff’s behavior never improved. The experience was truly disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great location for ferry port and central bus station access, but a bit of a walk from the main city center. Also not very many dining or shopping options in the immediate area.
