Parkmöglichkeit war vorhanden 👍 Am Pool war die Dachentlüftung sehr laut, sodass ein längerer Aufenthalt am Pool für mich leider nicht möglich war. Hotel ist schon etwas älter, Zimmer könnten Renovierung vertragen, war alles schon sehr abgenutzt.

Capsis Astoria is a great hotel centrally located in Heraklion. The rooms are comfortable and we liked our balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing with a full service bar and plenty of different types of seating and views of the city and sea in the distance. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the hop on hop off bus, airport bus, museum and many restaurants and bars down the alleys.

頂樓酒吧和游泳池很棒，酒店位置很好，離博物館、機場、碼頭、市中心都很近，克島的小型特色博物館很多，值得仔細看，海灘水上休閑項目很多

位置優越，附近有博物館，郵局，還有眾多餐飲商業街。夜晚非常熱鬧，體驗當地人生活。遇到了現場樂隊表演非常精彩。

Overall, I hated it. It was clean, they were nice but the mattress was hard as rocks. Very uncomfortable!!!

員工服務很好，設施及食物都很滿意，唯一酒店衹是在第一天供應樽水，不過酒店附近可以購買。另外酒店祇提供每人一個纸杯用，洗手間就完全沒有杯供應，纸杯不能多次洗用及用不到多天，尤其是最後兩天不再供應替換，祇好再清潔用。

Strong windy day made old fashioned door's uncomfortable noisy, which was hard to sleep. Nice staffs but seems a bit lackluster.

位置很好，就在考古博物館旁邊，參觀完博物館就可以入住，門口坐公交車就可以去克諾索斯遺址。房間蠻大，而且還有燒熱水的水壺。

地理位置太優越了，就在博物館和機場大巴下車站旁邊，去往米諾斯王宮的公交也在酒店門口。周邊吃飯的地兒超多。

Schrecklich! Hotel alt und sehr dreckig. Bad abgekommen .

房間一般般，陽臺一般樓層比較低沒有隱私，泳池冬天不開放 只有早餐很棒，變化多樣，餐廳乾淨整潔，價錢都在這裡了吧 服務有待加強，性價比不高

Hôtel très bien situé, très bon service, petit déjeuner local et varié, les chambres sont assez bien isolées. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.
