As a family visiting for vacations. the service was good, and location good to get around Hersey town by uber. the only thing is noise because is across of a main street.

Loud
The pool was nice. The hotel was extremely loud with youth sports teams staying there. They ran the halls late at night and this was allowed to continue night after night. These teams also took over the pool. So glad their kids had fun at the expense of families staying there. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This suite was the most square footage imaginable, with one couch in the living area. It would be the perfect hotel room for a high school binge drinking party-tons of open space and one chair. It was very clean, but no elevators so we carried luggage up one flight. Free breakfast was okay, bagles, apples, oranges, yogurt, cereal. It was an average hotel room priced like it was exceptional. Staff was friendly and check in was quick. The free gift was one bottle of water.

This property was very clean; the rooms, including the bathroom, were well prepared for us. We arrived later in the evening and check-in was fast and easy. Only thing needed is an elevator for us older customers who had to carry our bags up two sets of steps to our 2nd floor room. It looks like the property is going to install an elevator but might have a long way to go. Also, breakfast was ready at 6:00 a.m. and there was a very good selection of food. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location and nice pool. Our room was near garbage. Smell of *****, and garbage was very strong. Lots of bugs outside our room. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was ok but could have had more options.

The hotel is okay, staff and front desk were very polite. Only things are there’s no lift but that is in the process, breakfast is okay the usual (cereal, bagels.) it’s okay for shorter stays
