"From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The highlight for me was definitely the pool. It was spacious enough to actually swim properly, not just cool off. There were shaded areas as well, which I appreciated during the hotter hours. The hotel felt welcoming and unpretentious, and I left feeling rested. I would happily return for another quiet getaway by the water."

"موقع ممتاز بالقرب من مول الإمارات البحري. يتكون الفندق من عدة مباني مع عدد قليل من المجمعات ومساحات للاسترخاء بينها. المكان مريح و ودود مع الموظفين الذين هم في غاية المساعدة و اللطف. كانت الغرفة التي حصلنا عليها أساسية نوعا ما (سافرنا مع وكالة سفر) ولكن الجناح مريح وتنظيف عادي. الحمام كان صغير وستائر الدش لاتعمل فكرة جيدة لمنع المكان من التبليغ. الطعام المقدم في المطعم كان طازج وعلى العموم جيد جدا. قمنا بزيارة أيضا مطعم أوريون حيث تم تقديم أطباق عشاء تقليدية. الإنطباع العام إيجابي جدا"

"The "High Beach White" is an adults-only resort—a place for guests who prefer a quieter atmosphere. We had a room with a private pool. The beds and mattresses were incredibly comfortable. I've never slept so well on vacation. It was heavenly. The resort is very clean, and they make sure it stays that way. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Sun loungers and parasols are assigned to specific room numbers. The food at the High Beach Buffet Restaurant is varied—there's something for everyone. The "Elia Restaurant" also offers à la carte dining. Brunch is served at 10:30, followed by a three-course menu or snacks from 12:00, and a five-course menu from 18:30 (table reservations required the day before). Absolutely delicious! For guests with UAI (All Inclusive) at the resort, snacks and refreshments are even delivered to their sun loungers. Absolutely fantastic! The evening program features concerts (traditional Greek music), DJs, and dance groups (traditional Cretan dances). If you're looking for relaxation with a touch of luxury, then the "High Beach White" is a must-visit in Malia. It's the place to be! We had a wonderful 14 days and lacked for nothing. A huge thank you to all the staff. Every single one contributed to making our holiday a dream come true."

"The hotel is in a lovely location and the beach is fabulous. The hotel is beautiful but is let down by the food and service . We booked as a family and this hotel lends itself for couples . The children’s pool was closed and the play area is quite dated . They advertised this when we booked which is not fair on families . The main pool is not family friendly at all . We went when the hotel had first opened and they had many problems and in my opinion shouldn’t have taken guests . It was somewhat chaotic regarding rooms not being equipped and the dinning area not really ready . Food is lukewarm and looking at previous trip advisor photos the food is nothing like we received . Found it difficult for young children to find something for them to eat. We found the entertainment to be ok but not child friendly , same as the bar staff as they were quite rude . They would serve other people and completely ignore you . Same on arrival some quests received drinks and we didn’t . The best staff member is the guy on the beach . We spent all holiday at the beach and ate out most nights ."

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort and were absolutely delighted with the whole experience. The rooms are fantastic, very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the entire resort is a lovely, well-kept place. The food was also excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We would especially like to mention the concierge, who was always very friendly and helpful. Renting a car through Royal Cars was also very easy and uncomplicated. Everything went smoothly, and the employee was such a lovely and friendly person. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the massage at the hotel. Our therapist, Ariana, was incredibly professional, attentive, and caring. She immediately made us feel comfortable and took great care to ensure that the treatment was exactly what we needed. The massage was absolutely excellent and very relaxing. All in all, we had a fantastic stay with beautiful surroundings, excellent food, wonderful service, and many special touches. We would highly recommend this resort and would happily come back again!"
