"We stayed at Heliotrope Apartments in July 2025 and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The accommodation was extremely dirty – cockroaches were present in several areas of the apartment. Despite an immediate complaint on site, nothing was done, neither cleaning nor a room change. The staff showed absolutely no interest. The incident was also reported multiple times via the booking platform Agoda, including photographic evidence. Nevertheless, we were only offered a very small compensation, which in no way reflects reality. The apartment was unacceptable in this condition, and the provider's response was disappointing. I cannot recommend this accommodation and strongly advise caution when booking it."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ استمتعنا بإقامتنا في هذا الفندق وشعرنا بالراحة و الترحاب منذ لحظة وصولنا. الفندق يوفر أجواء بالاسترخاء فهو مُصان جيدا و يقدم كل ما نحتاجه لقضاء عطلة ممتعة. وكان تسليط الضوء الخاص على إقامتك لدينا هو spa. لقد استمتعت باثنين من المدلكين الكاملين، وكان زوجتي كتمال لحم الخنزير. وكان جميع العلاجات على درجة عالية من الاحترافية، والاسترخاء، و تماما ما كنا بحاجة اليه. أحببت أن أشكر كل من تينا تيكتا على خدمتها المميزة. احترافية، مهارة، ودفء وود جعل من تجربة سباتنا استثنائية حقا. تلقينا ترحيبا حارا، ودافئة، ورحبا، ورحبا. تحية من قبل موظفي الفندق كانت المرأة التي اجبرتنا على الاختيار في فندق "ماليزيا" خلال إقامتنا في الفندق. فقد تأكدت من أن كل treat مع استرخاء ، مريح ، وتذكرت. نود أيضا أن نثني على موظفي الفندق بأكمله. كان الجميع مؤدبًا وودياً ومستعدًا دائمًا للمساعدة في أي طلب. إن احترافيتهم و كرم الضيافة الحقيقية جعلتنا نشعر بأننا نقدر حقاً كضيوف. شكراً للفريق بأكمله لجعل إقامتك ممتعة للغاية. نوصي بشدة سواء بالفندق أو سباه وسيكون من دواعي سرورنا أن نعود في المستقبل.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"This family owned, spotless boutique hotel was fabulous. The rooms are tastefully decorated with good amenities. The pool area is small but well equipped. The hotel is in an excellent position , across from an equally great family taverna and close to the sea. The thing that really stands out though is the genuine friendliness of the family that own it and the pride they take in their hotel and in the welcome they give. Highly, highly recommended"

"Well kept complex located just above Piskopiano Main Street (3-5 mins walk) with a lovely pool area and gardens, large rooms, excellent breakfast with lots of variety daily. Drinks at the bar are comparable, price wise across the 3 villages. Staff are lovely as is the owner who takes a personal interest in the happiness of guests. We had a lovely stay and are planning to return next year. Highly recommended."
