"The room was a mess, truly disappointing. The dinner buffet offered limited choices and the food was just so-so. I wouldn't recommend it. Parking was a nightmare, incredibly difficult to find a spot. The only upside is its proximity to tourist attractions. Honestly, this hotel shouldn't be allowed to use the Sheraton or even Four Points by Sheraton name – it's an embarrassment. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I won't be staying here again."

"The location is definitely the biggest plus, right against Mount Dayan, you can even walk to the scenic area, and the hotel has its own large garden, which is perfect for families with kids. However, the dining is a major drawback. Breakfast options are limited and of poor quality. The bread came in individual packets, and the salad corn had fruit flies. There were only two types of juice, both concentrated, and the milk was watered down. As for hot dishes, besides fried rice and vermicelli, there were hardly any other choices. They clear everything away incredibly fast, right on time. At 10:33 AM, not a single coffee machine was on, and the coffee beans had already been removed. I was planning to grab a coffee after eating, which was just ridiculous. It's quite a drop in quality compared to other five-star hotels."
