She kindly reminded me that the weather would get noticeably cooler in the evening and that I should wear an extra layer, which was very thoughtful. I was too careless to ask for her name when checking out today. I will definitely express my gratitude next time I visit. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Xinhua City Hotel. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you again to the two young ladies at the front desk for their thoughtful hospitality."

"Upon entering the lobby, I heard a loud argument. It turned out to be the front desk staff arguing; it was probably the front desk manager, throwing things around. It's hard to imagine a manager with such low emotional intelligence managing things well. Hearing it made me very uncomfortable. In the service industry, if they don't treat their own employees well, what hope is there for their guests? How can they be empathetic? Sure enough, the staff were already in a bad mood during check-in and gave me a cold shoulder."

"Nice modern hotel with free parking. Breakfast had good spread and enjoyed having the autonomous robot deliver our ******* ordered food. One issue is that water easily slips out of the shower and makes the entire bathroom floor slippery. I would suggest making a better shower seal or add traction in the bathroom floor. Nice fancy bidet toilet, didn't get to take pictures of room. Stayed to visit family's hometown nearby, would definitely stay again."
