"I do not recommend this hotel for visits. The reception staff speak English, but in most other parts of the hotel, communication in English is difficult. The restaurant provides no information about ingredients in the dishes, which is dangerous for people with food allergies. Guests with dietary restrictions are not properly informed or protected. Some of the medical staff were rude during procedures, making the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Most of the staff do not greet guests or say “Good morning” or “Good day,” showing a lack of basic hospitality. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and staff attitude. This hotel does not meet the standards expected from a 4-star spa destination."

"Great hotel, polite, attentive staff, well-maintained pool area and clean rooms - but - unfortunately - a solitary (!) macaw that eke out its lonely life in a cage that is far too small and has no opportunities for entertainment - that is pure animal cruelty. When you consider that these wonderful animals are equivalent in intelligence to that of a three-year-old child, you can understand the extent of this irresponsible keeping without entertainment and conspecifics. The hotel's responses to the reviews that address this shocking tragedy can only be seen as a mockery. For example, the response here is: they have already tried to socialize the bird. The fact is: the bird is still alone. The cage is still tiny. The bird is still kept in the most adverse conditions. Leaving the bird to a zoo or a parrot community that knows about the diverse needs of these wonderful, intelligent animals would be a possible option. Therefore, I, my friends and acquaintances will no longer vacation at this hotel until this wonderful animal is socialized and housed in a species-appropriate manner."

"Liked · The staff was fantastic! I had the impression that everyone there was doing their best and trying to fulfill guests' wishes! The room was just like in the photos and perfectly fine. Pleasantly, it was also quiet. The food was particularly outstanding! Both breakfast and dinner were very extensive, tasted delicious, and were first-class! Disliked · The biggest drawback is unfortunately the sauna area. I don't even know where to begin. You go in, you're in a circular walkway, and the air there is EXTREMELY bad. There are various sauna cabins to the left and right. Of course, these can't be properly ventilated because there's a massive lack of fresh air. After that, you come to the small relaxation room, where the air is also very bad. There's a door leading outside. Presumably, you'd have to leave the door open for 5 minutes every hour or so, but nobody does. There's only one sauna cabin outside. This one is okay. Unfortunately, all the guided sauna infusions—for whatever reason—take place in the indoor sauna instead of the outdoor one. The best thing in the sauna area is the jacuzzi! Although, unfortunately, there are no instructions on how to activate the jets. If another guest hadn't told me, I would have been completely lost. So there's definitely room for improvement here."

"No reviews since 2018 . . . let's update things in November 2023. The entire hotel has been beautifully renovated and is worthy of a four star rating. The design and architecture are really super and they are currently building a new thermal water spa. All new furniture and great design everywhere. Good parking. HOWEVER . . . . whether Covid has hit them, or maybe they just can't get the right staff I am not sure. The problem for me is the food. The food standard is very high and the kitchen staff produce wonderful tasty dishes. BUT, the Bain Marie / buffet system doesn't work and all the food is always virtually cold. The plates too are cold even though they are in a heater unit to warm them up After a week here we have not enjoyed a good, warm meal which we need n mid November. If you enjoy cold scrambled egg off a cold plate you are in the right place. Tonight we were the first down to dinner. All the food had been cooked and left out on the buffet to go cold as no-one had switched on the overhead heater/lamps. That's crazy !! There were also two tureens of soup - both only lukewarm. The stairs are dirty and need a good sweep/clean. There is a new display cabinet in the dining room which is covered in dust and also needs a good clean. Pity !!"

"Very satisfied. The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers. The restaurant is delicious! The hotel itself does not have hot springs, but it has SPAs. It is also very close to the Heviz Hot Springs, which is two or three minutes' walk away. There is a parking lot. Only adults are accepted."
