I had a terrible experience and do not recommend this hotel. We booked a 3-day stay at At Ease Hotel on January 3rd. While the hotel is beautiful, our room wasn’t clean. The pillows and bed covers smelled awful, so I politely asked the front desk to replace them. The receptionist claimed they had already changed the linens and told me their policy was to clean every two days. When we returned, nothing had been changed except for a spray of air freshener. I spoke to the hotel owner, who was rude and refused to replace the linens, suggesting I book a “fancy hotel” if I cared about cleanliness. After discovering his staff had lied, he apologized and finally changed everything, but the poor service and attitude left a bad impression.
