Our condo features a full size kitchen with breakfast bar, one bedroom (queen bed), one bathroom and living room with lazy boy queen sleeper sofa. New stainless appliances, tile backsplash and kitchen faucet in November 2021. Also freshly painted and new trim work. The Breakers complex is located in Forest Beach on the ocean and across the street from Coligny Plaza. Coligny has over 60 stores and restaurants and also a grocery store. This location makes it easy to park your car for your entire stay with the beach and pool a few steps away and with Coligny Plaza across the street. Our full size equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy a meal in. The Breakers has an oceanfront pool and kiddie pool. The Breakers condos are approximately 520 sq ft. Our floor plan packs a lot in this small space. Our condo is a perfect vacation for a couple or a small family. We do not recommend 2 couples or 4 adults. There is built in storage around the bed but no closet. ****Two elevators now complete in the complex ****Per the regime each unit is allowed 1 parking space. ****Strictly no pets.
