Service was too fast and too good, staff was too nice, although we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very average. However the service of restaurant staff Kishore, Pradnya, Nilesh & housekeeping team Swapnil, Kiran and Sarath was very good.

The service staff is limited and the buffet breakfast was always cold. They had the same menu on all days.

Nice room and service and maintenance but only food was okok

I come here every time I come to Pune and I love it. But the breakfast menu is so limited. Please increase the number of items.

It was great experience staying at this hotel. Good food and hospitality. I stayed for 15 days and enjoyed the stay. Food was good and had different cuisines. I would definitely like to stay again in future. Hoping to visit in future. Thank you

The food quality and taste were excellent, with every dish being flavorful and well-prepared. The service was outstanding, and the staff were attentive and courteous throughout our visit. The ambience was pleasant, providing a comfortable and relaxed dining experience. The decor was tasteful, and the seating was comfortable, enhancing the overall atmosphere. A special mention goes to Aayush and Kunal for their exceptional hospitality. They were welcoming, polite, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. Their friendly approach made our visit even more enjoyable.

The overall experience was fine. But not outstanding. Scope for improvement. My honest suggestion is that staff should be given training. They are good in terms of behavior and attitude. Some technical up skilling is required. Overall experience was good.

Had a very good family dining experience. Pradnya, Ayush and Nilesh were very helpful and hospitable. The food was delicious and customised to our choice. I would strongly recommend this place for family, friends and office parties as well. Thank you a lot !

Pradhnya,Jeevan and Dia attended to us and were wonderful in attending to us. Very focused and helpful and did with great care and smile. We had a great time and got some great food. Served right and very attentive. I would recommend the place for the service and good food
