樓板隔音特別差！樓上3個小孩子從晚上差不多8.30跑鬧到夜裡11.30，前台説幫助解決，等到10點時打前台，前台意然把我們房間的電話給斷了。 衞生馬馬虎虎，旅遊旺季找不到房子，湊合住吧。！ 早餐食物特別少！

Terrible terrible experience. The sound insulation is so bad. Unfortunately we were staying besides a group of ppl. They talked and kids ran in the hallway in late night. Also the neighbors kept walking, dropping stuffs, opening/closing the drawers until 1am. Called the front desk 3 times but nothing changed. Besides, the staff started to vacuum the hallway in 6:30am…You should know how bad about your sound insulation and should not do that in the early morning! Overall, worst experience ever! Don’t stay!

We stayed the night of august 8 coming from calgary. But first i booked the hotel on the 31st of july around 4:52pm and i phoned the front desk to book me 2 rooms seens she said thats ok theres 2 rooms for a double queen size bed and she just said she will be reserving it for me. So i hang up the phone and got a reservation notice for only one room, and i phoned her again to verify that it was 2 rooms, and she said she will fix it, i called in the third time and ask for a third room if possible she said she doesn't have available room which is fine and before i hang up ang verify the 2 rooms i reserved again she said she already reserved it. but apparently when we arrived at your hotel theres only 1 room has been reserved for us. Its so dissapointed and stressfull that around 12am at that time we are looking for a hotel for my brothers family to stay. The night audith front desk guy told me that he will try to talk to the manager if we can get discount. Butww when i talked to the morning shift fornt desk if she knows about what happen to us the night audith didint endores on theri logbook what happen, so no one will ever know what happen to us.Even my bill was wrong the lady that im mentioning on the first time i called said it was $250 for the room including the tax now what im seing on the reciept its $275. so is she even trained for the desk because shes creating some false information maybe? And also when she were on her shift while im talking to her she's using airpods and i think she's talking to somebody at that early on her shift. Emailed the manager of the hotel it seems like their not taking actions to this so i wrote down a review. Even the other establishment's there in hinton are saying this hotel sucks!.

Excellent hotel with an excellent location , extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly manager Ashkar Ahmed, he makes our trip more interesting with his bits of advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true example of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ahmed & team for going just that little step extra for the guests!

Lazy staff. We booked a week early and requested a top floor room. They did not and refused to change us. We checked in at the normal time and the parking lot was mostly empty. The room was not ready. It was also not clean after they rushed through it. Spend $30 more to stay at a better hotel elsewhere!

We stayed at this hotel for one night July 3 for one night. It was by far the most expensive hotel on our trip thru western Canada at over $300.00 for a one night stay. The average we paid on this trip b was $175.00 for more comfortable rooms. Our room was beside the elevator so heard every chime when the elevator stopped. The door to the room did not close without pushing it closed with your shoulder and the security lock did not work. We could hear the traffic passing by the hotel so did not sleep well. I would not recommend this hotel or staying in Hinton. Hinton is too close to Jasper so prices are inflated.
