Ho Chi Minh City District 3 3-star Hotels

Just got back from HCMC and had a few days stays in Cityhouse Ariosa. Location wise is good, walking distance to most of the attractions in the center. The hotel itself is easy to locate on transport (Grab) as well.

The hotel has a very convenient location and is clean inside. Everything you need for a trip is in the hotel (hair dryer, safe, iron, microwave, air conditioner, refrigerator). There is a lot of everything nearby. We were met by a nice security guard, who then helped us with everything, allowed us to leave our suitcase at the reception when leaving, and when we came back for it, he wanted to help us call a taxi to our next destination. In general, only positive emotions about this hotel, I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

Overall a good stay, the hotel needs to improve house keeping services. There were missing kettle, slippers, and remote control we needed to request and remind several times quite annoying at first.

I would recommend this hotel as the room is cozy, the location is good and the staff are very friendly. The problem is that the room ”VIP suite” is just one bedroom, no living room. And the breakfast options are very limited, even no omelette.

Very nice place! We stayed for 4 nights! Very nice and comfortable room! The only problem is that it is quite loud during the evening until 22/23 o’clock even on the fifth floor! But everything else, laundry included, water downstairs and included, common area, work place, nice room and bathroom, service before, during was excellent! Thanks a lot! We highly recommend this place!

We arrived at dawn and they helped us check in right away, and they gave us a room on the first floor without any hassle, which was nice, but it was too noisy. I don't know if they were doing construction in the morning when we went there or if they were doing it in the surrounding buildings.. But there were quite a few restaurants nearby and a GS convenience store, so it was convenient.

Good value for the price. Only the walls are a bit thin. Hence you need some earplugs to survive the night sometimes. Depending on your neighbors. Other than that don’t expect luxury for that price but it’s all clean and spacious. I’m staying here regularly when in Saigon

Amazing service! Comfortable and modern and spacious and clean room! By many nice restaurants and coffee shops! And feels very local! Highly recommend it!
