Kansas Hotel & Apartment

Terrible location, terrible service. You won't be able to sleep here. Don't book it. Cheap, but not worth it, even at a low price. Very difficult to find. Host doesn't answer the phone to help with check in. Extremely noisy. The bar girls in the street right next door scream out loud together at every potential client who passes. There's also very loud music all night. The building is old and there is damp in the walls. Big bars on the windows and limited light due to this being a tiny alleyway. Disgusting old and worn out towel (see picture) They offered a different room for second night but it also looked out onto the same street. Then they were very inflexible and kept the money for the second night, even though I checked out, and even though I mentioned the problem more than half a day in advance.

Отель очень сложно найти, он расположен в переулке, куда не подъехать на такси. Ресепшн отсутствует. Узкая лестница и очень высокая ступенька на входе. Ничью шум до 4-5 утра, так как отель на улице "красных фонарей", отдохнуть не удастся. На кухне нет посуды для готовки, есть чайник и плитка, пара тарелок. В номере муравьи. Если есть возможность, ищите другой отель.

This hotel is located inside HCMC Japan town, which has lots of Japanese restaurants, bars, and massage parlors. You can experience two cultures at once, Japanese and Vietnamese ones. It is pretty convenient to go anywhere HCMC has to offer, mostly within walking distance. Eating places, tourist highlights, and is near the river. The hotel owner is pretty nice, she even helped me to pay the grab driver since I did not have Vietnamese cash with me at the time. Because of its location, it is pretty noisy almost all night long, unless you are a party person you can hear all the girls yelling "massage" all the time and you can take it as a sweet plus or an annoying downside. It is a little hard to find the place, normally taxi/grab will only drop you off at the Japan town entrance

Absolutely Horrible! My girlfriend arrived at 1pm and there is no lobby elevator. They refused to help her carry her bags upstairs to the room. Then they proceeded to lock our bags into the room we were renting but told her to wait on the street outside in the burning heat. I arrived at 1:30 pm and they refused to let me into the room . The room was locked with our bags locked inside unless we paid an extra 40% to check in 30 minutes early. The bags were locked inside our cleaned room. I was so upset with the woman’s behavior for being so rude. She kept saying it’s her policy that we can’t go into the room early, but there is no lobby to wait in and obviously the room was ready before our bags were locked inside. She was so rude telling my girlfriend she should rent a more expensive place if we wanted better service. He rudeness was horrible for not giving us a place to sit and wait 30 minutes. Clearly you should not choose this place because of the lack of hospitality. Why would you force us onto the street , lock our bags in our room? I left and never stayed there because we felt unsafe with this horrible behavior.

Excellent! Hotel was clean, spacious and had a lot of amenities. The staff who assisted me was very helpful as well. Would recommend for booking.
