The hotel is clean and tidy. The view is faced to the landmark 81. But it's not on the high floor.

It was a not mad experience so I'm still alive and this is good news.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Though further from the city centre, the location is accessible to basic facilities and amenities and fit for my small family of 5.

Would not really recommend this: Upon arrival, we found out that the actual room is different from the photos. Although the layout and size is the same as the description, it is still quite disappointing. Also, when I inquire why the room is different, they brush us off with the most bizzare excuse. On the other hand, the gym and swimming pool are available. But if you are seeking to explore the city instead of relaxation, this will not be a convenient location as the only transportation is either Grab or taxi. Other than that, the check-in process is quite confusing and shady but we're lucky enough to have the hotel staff to help us out. Overall, I would not really recommend this place as there are much better & cheaper options in HCMC. Reading other's concerning reviews, we're fortunate to have received a clean and spacious room.

I have experience traveling to developing countries, but I have never encountered operators providing such unscrupulous and fraudulent services. This situation is too severe, so I have decided to write a review for the first time. ===＞ This apartment is extremely unscrupulous and lacks cleanliness. Furthermore, the check-in process requires you to find your mailbox and retrieve the key yourself, which is very inconvenient. The staff are not knowledgeable hotel professionals and you cannot expect professional service. Specific cleanliness issues are as follows: 1) The bed sheets were not changed, so the previous occupant's sheets were still on the bed. 2) There is no daily cleaning or changing of towels and sheets, and the room has an unpleasant odor. 3) The refrigerator and sink were also inadequately cleaned and in a very unsanitary condition. Although this service apartment is advertised as 5-star, it actually provides a 2-star level of service and is not worth considering. There are reasonably priced, quality service apartments available in Ho Chi Minh, so I recommend using those instead. Negatives: 1) Check-in hiccup - there's no receptionist & I wasn't informed. Security guard on duty told me to contact the host directly. Apparently self check-in was the way but the host did not provide any instructions prior to my arrival. Had to contact Trip.com and fortunately the issue was efficiently resolved within 15min by Trip.com. 2) Music blasting! - every morning and evening there is corridor music blasting super loud! Whilst it's pleasant piano music, but it's so loud it wakes me up every morning at 7am! It lasts about an hour each time. Positives: 1) the location - superb! Not far from the airport also. 2) facilities - good, generally clean the apartment was, although there was a lone cockroach lurking around the fridge area! Also there is no daily cleaning provided, it's more of AirBnB style - self cleaning. 3) Amenities nearby - big mall, Vincom Center, nearby, with plethora of F&B options, brand names retail shops and a huge supermarket. There are a few nice eateries within walking distance. 4) Suitability - great for family or solo travelers, it's spacious and comfortable, with laundry facility in each unit. Due to the height of the building, washed clothes are easily air-dried within 24 hours. 5) Friendly host - and very accommodating also, allowed me late check-out at 1pm (regular time 12n). I will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, shopping mall downstairs. Lot of food options. Excellent view surrounding. I will definitely recommend

False advertising about swimming pool. It’s not available to guests only tenants who are biometrically approved

The location of this apartment is OK, but most of the facilities in the house are problematic. Only two of the four rooms have air conditioners that can produce cold air, and the other two rooms produce hot air. It was so hot at 36 degrees that I couldn't sleep at all. I notified the landlord to ask for repairs, but they couldn't fix it. The landlord only provided us with two floor fans and didn't follow up with anything. We asked to change rooms, but the landlord just told us that we couldn't change rooms, and asked us to check out immediately if we didn't stay. I have never experienced or encountered such service attitudes. My stay this time is simply unforgettable. If we go to Vietnam again next time, we will definitely not choose such an irresponsible apartment and such a poor service landlord. It's really rubbish. I urge everyone not to ask for trouble. It costs more than 2,000 yuan a night and there is no air conditioning. The guests are asked to check out immediately if they don't stay. In this way, they can also let tourists rent it on the travel platform. It's really ridiculous.

It's a random Binhome. It's not Landmark 81. However, it has the best cost-effectiveness in this area.

The view wasn't that great because it was an apartment view, but the surrounding facilities and accessibility were good.

Convenient location. Nice hotel representatives. They met us, told us everything, allowed us to stay an hour longer. I liked everything!
