酒店位於胡志明的領事館的中心位置位置非常好，方便，然後酒店前台小哥非常熱情，服務人員也非常周到，前台的行李服務人員也非常好

Very good for value hotel, all staff is friendly very good hotel

工作人員很友善。同等價位下，相比西貢中央公園酒店，能提供淋雨熱水和穩定好的Wi-Fi，不過設施稍顯陳舊一些，需要用鑰匙開房門。相比M村酒店，能提供早餐，房間沒有異味，不過沒太多設計感。

房間很寬敞，工作人員和保安都非常熱情，早餐也不錯，非常滿意！

房間還行，有些沒有窗户

I have had a terrible experience at this hotel. In couple nights in the room 306, I feel very uncomfortable about the enclosed space of the room and the dirtiness of it, I have also encounted cockroaches and insects such as ants in the electric sockets and little spiders. It came to peak when there was a leakage at the sink, after a night of intense leaking - which I did not notice, the water flooded the entire room to the level of about 11 inches and poured out to the entire hallway. Many of my electronic equipments also broke because of this, including 1 Mac, 1 Ipad and 1 Iphone of mine, plus many of my clothes. After this leakage casualty, the manager of the hotel even refused to compensate my lost and try to avoid all the responsibilities by calling the police to pressing me; he only accept paying 50%. Not only he did not respect his customers, he did not even respect his reputation of this hotel. This causing me and my family a huge waste of time and stress. I will never came back here again. I am strongly not recommend to come to this hotel, because I do not want any other guest to have the same experience like mine. I came here to have a peaceful vacation, not a stressful one. Another thing beside, the altitude of the employees here is very unwelcome to customers.
