A horrible hotel. Old, outdated, no customer service. Poor quality. No receipt, no price list, and breakfast buffet doesn’t exist, only happens on the weekends or when they have enough guests. Terrible experience.

The service from the lady at the counter was terrible! Deluxe room, we were the first to check in
Three friends all on different floors! And they all arrange the smallest rooms on the same floor! I told her that there was nothing I could do! We went up to the deluxe room and all other rooms were available! The attitude is really bad, we will change to other hotels next time! What a pity, we always choose this restaurant every time we come here, because of the service of the lady at the counter, we always choose other restaurants next time! We checked in on the morning of 3/15
