I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was simple and bright, offering a high level of comfort. The swimming pool was nice, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location was very convenient; there were coffee shops nearby, and with just a short walk, I found a variety of restaurants and street food options. I even walked all the way to District 1, the city center, which had many attractions to explore, including the famous church and other tourist sites, all within walking distance. It was also super quick to get to the hotel from the airport; it took me just 15 minutes at night.
Check-in was quick and efficient. All communication was done through messaging, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, including both the housekeeping and front desk teams.
The room was clean and reasonably priced. The location is also quite good—just a short walk to 7-Eleven, restaurants, and cafés. Popular tourist areas are around 800 meters away, making it easy to explore on foot.
🌟 Mai House Saigon Review
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
Date of Stay: May 29–31, 2025
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mai House Saigon. From the elegant decor to the exceptional service, every detail felt thoughtfully curated.
Our Premium King Room was spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed — the bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring Saigon.
While we didn’t try the breakfast, the Friday and Saturday night seafood buffet was absolutely outstanding. The quality and variety of dishes exceeded our expectations — from fresh prawns and oysters to expertly prepared hot dishes and desserts. It was one of the best dining experiences we had in Vietnam.
The hotel’s ambiance strikes a great balance between luxury and warmth. It’s also conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants.
Highly recommended — and we’ll definitely stay again on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

My husband and I were very happy during our stay at the hotel. When we came to the hotel they give us welcome icetea and helped with the baggages. Also, our room was decorated with towels swan with some roses. It was amazing. The rooftop pool was magnificent and very clean. View were amazing. Hotel buffet breakfast and dinner were awesome. You should try dinner buffet of the hotel. There were very interesting dishes in the buffet. Guess serves officer Peace was very helpful for us. If we come to Ho chi minh city we will definitely stay here again.
A comfortable well located hotel with a swimming pool on the top floor. The staff were helpful. There was an adequate breakfast provided. The bedroom was fine if a little traditional.
Check in and out was swift and easy, there was no problem recovering the deposit.
General ambience was good, quiet and classy.
All staff were friendly and efficient.
The restaurant was above average for all meals.
The limousine drop-off service was handy but I felt a couple of late night runs would have made it better. It was underutilised so that may be the reason. Very easy to get a “grab” taxi so that may be the reason.
The room was adequate, lounge/dining area was comfortable and spacious.
The kitchen was well below par but as we didn’t cook it didn’t present a major problem, except there was no plug for the kettle, so it lived on the dining table.
The main bedroom was small with one side of the bed so close to the curtains the only way to get into bed was to crawl over from the end.
The second bedroom was set up with a single bed (not used) and a workstation.
The aspect from all windows was uninspiring.
Just got back from HCMC and had a few days stays in Cityhouse Ariosa. Location wise is good, walking distance to most of the attractions in the center. The hotel itself is easy to locate on transport (Grab) as well.
The hotel has a very convenient location and is clean inside. Everything you need for a trip is in the hotel (hair dryer, safe, iron, microwave, air conditioner, refrigerator). There is a lot of everything nearby. We were met by a nice security guard, who then helped us with everything, allowed us to leave our suitcase at the reception when leaving, and when we came back for it, he wanted to help us call a taxi to our next destination. In general, only positive emotions about this hotel, I will definitely recommend it to my friends!
Had a truly wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. They were very helpful in arranging a room upgrade and even prepared a lovely surprise to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Really appreciated the thoughtful touches and warm hospitality.
Hotel staff were friendly, well-mannered, and professional in their service. Room cleaning staff were helpful and cleaned our room everyday, even if we put the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on our door. Room service was very easy and help was always provided very fast. The shower was great, easy to use, and always very clean. However, the hotel room is always a bit dusty, especially the window blinds and the bedside drawers. The pool could also be cleaned more regularly, as there are dirt particles floating around. The biggest pain point for us was that the food could be so much better! The afternoon tea was very bad and we only ate there once on our first day. I think you can serve fresh vegetable spring rolls as snacks instead of the ham bread, which was as dry as a rock. Most of the tea buffet provided were not edible. The breakfast was average too - we opted to eat outside at the banh mi carts and noodle carts, which tasted much better. I wish you can work together with some of these sellers to provide good local breakfast or afternoon tea. Besides that, the best point about Au Lac (other than the excellent service staff) is really the location. We never had to travel more than 15 minutes to any popular tourist location or shopping mall. We were so close to District 1 that our days were always fun and enjoyable to travel around. We really appreciated the central location so much. Overall, our stay at Au Lac was good.

LLex ShengWas a great stay - breakfast, comfy bed, cosy settings. However, soundproof kinda weak - can hear doors opening sound on and off, also noise from the street.

📍The Concept Hotel HCMC 🇻🇳
KKhoi22119Reasonable size suite/apartment. Decently clean. Bathroom is kind of open, but that is fine. Hard queens bed and a soft sofa bed. Has all the drawers for storage. Has a microwave, a refrigerator, and a cooker. Has utensils for food. Has other amenities and extra supplies to replenish. Easy to get in and out (you don’t need the keys if you don’t stay late night) Garage door is open in the morning and close at night. Overall and very good place to stay.
Directly next to the place has a coffee shop, fried flour cake guy, a lady that sells amenities, and at the gate has a lady that sell drinks.
You have to walk across the street to pick up cars and drop off. Grab food will be delivered to the building regular.
Walk for 5 to 10 minutes and there are pc cafes and stores everywhere.
小小憲憲It is a very suitable place for an in-depth tour for one person, and the CP value is also very high. There is an Internet celebrity coffee shop outdoors, where many local young people gather together. The consumption is not high. It is highly recommended for those who want to live in the third district.
GGuest UserI stayed at a hotel near the Pink Church, and the location was just perfect for sightseeing. There’s also a big park right next to it, which was great for relaxing walks.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even offered free laundry service, which was a huge plus, especially for longer stays.
Whenever I had any issues or requests, they listened carefully and responded quickly — everything I asked for was accepted and taken care of.
The price was also surprisingly affordable, making it an excellent value for the service and comfort provided. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
YYJNGDTVClean and sanitary, there was someone on duty until midnight. The boss was very helpful and even drove me to the train station for free, which was very heartwarming. He is a good person in Saigon.
HHYEJINI booked a flight past midnight on the last day of my trip. They gave me early check-in, so I went straight to my room, unpacked my luggage, and visited the Pink Cathedral, ending my enjoyable trip~
