Ho Chi Minh City District 5 Hotels

From the outside the hotel does not seem so special, but immediately you approach the main entrance you are happily greeted and all doors are opened for you and you get a real 5-star treatment. The staff at reception are great professionals and gave me a rich person treatment even I got the room for a pretty cheap price from my point of view. From the inside the hotel is luxuryously decorated and the club room I got on the 21st floor had nice views. On the 24th floor you have a mid-size pool with sunbeds and upstairs from the pool there are three individual hot jacuzzis (both pool and jacuzzis open until 22:00). Before booking I struggled wondering about how good or bad the location would be, but believe me it does not have any importance where your hotel is since using the Grab app (Uber-like) you can get a motorbike or car ride to virtually anywhere in the centre for 1-3 euros.

Hotel chosen for the second time during this year. As per last time confirmed that salon for breakfast appears to be too small for the number of guests in the hotel. Just one day and for some rooms breakfast was arranged at 11th floor as temporary due to the high numbers of people. I suggest to keep it as definitive. Moreover Coffee machine for espresso coffee it’s too old and very slow. It causes a lot of people waiting also because it’s just one. Food offered at breakfast was acceptable. Room size was ok but bathroom with some problems in the shower where it was not easy to adjust the temperature of water (or too hot or too cold). Anyway it seems to be an hotel too much tourism oriented, instead of business oriented which I would have preferred.

Very nice hotel! Highly recommended I stayed at the Windsor plaza first two days (which is just in front and two time more expensive). but Zazz hotel is way better and great value! Small gym, pool upstairs and nice cafeteria downstairs. Staff at the reception is very nice and helpful! Rooms are clean. Beds are very nice and soft!

There are many snacks around, the rooms and bathrooms are large, neat and clean, the number of sockets is sufficient, the wireless network is very fast, the counter and the guards are very enthusiastic, and the Andong Market is opposite. It is very convenient to buy souvenirs. It is worth staying again next time

Superb location, it's a minute's walk from a bus stop and an 8-minute walk from An Dong Market. We booked for a suite room, it was spacious and tidy. The breakfast buffet was great. We love it. Thank you trip.com

The room still has a traditional mechanical key, and the curtains are not tight and have cracks... However, the soundproofing is good and it has a small balcony facing the street.

The room was clean, the fifth area was close to the Windsor Hotel, and there were many Chinese people staying.

Overall, the VIP room at lv5 was in New condition, breakfast set was limited, we had to choose between beef noodle soup/dry fried or Banh MI sets ( with butter and jam, sunny egg, sunny egg + sausage) Hotel staff were friendly, we had a great time there. The hotel is near the Hospital, convenient for travel, however the hotel operates on an automated, self-service model so there is no receptionist there, all problems that arise are resolved via phone calls or text messages, so a little bit complicated

Spacious place. Bathroom with toilet has unenclosed shower so becomes wet after use.
