My experience for this Aurora By Glenwood is really not as bad like other traveller mentioned.
For me, this is not an exactly a hotel, instead it like a managed apartment/condo.
I book for a family suite, so it really serve for hs what we need.
Out of the surprise it even provide washing machine, rice cooker, and other facilitiea for easy cooking like family.
I only did not find it have enough chair to sit, which only 1 feedback from me.
Front counter service, house keeping, and lobby boy all did a good job.
If i back to HCMC again, i dont mind to stay again.
The room facilities and sanitary conditions are all OK, but the landlord's service attitude is very bad. I extended the booking and it took a long time until late at night before he replied to my message. When I tried to express the current difficulties, the landlord directly sent a message in the local language saying that he didn't want to argue with me, saying that the guests never understood him and would never understand him, and asked me to cancel directly. I felt very offended and rude.
Noisy place, sleeping exactly won't turn out, but the kinds of chic and apartment excellent (though they were in another, not the one that booked) - for this minus, as warned about the force major for the day before the settlement, when we were already at the airport and needed It was not particularly possible to fly and fly more than 13 hours, the forces to solve the issues of housing change. Because of this, a lot of stress after the arrival was experienced, as until the last did not know where we would be settle and whether we would be settle at all, and the return of money for booking was already unforeseen. For this I put a fat minus and dissatisfaction with the service of support throughout the stay. I wanted to visit the swimming pool, on questions how to do it - ignorance. In terms of service you will have to be very nervous before you achieve what you want)
Very good devices! The location is really far from the city center and the airport, but this is an area with cool residential complexes that are very nice to walk around in the evening. The apartment is good, comfortable clean beds. The apartment itself could have been cleaned better, but this is not critical, quite normal. Excellent accommodation option, I recommend! 👍

Very Good
GGuest UserThe security guards downstairs have a bit of a rude attitude, but the other hardware facilities and environment are very good.
GGuest UserThe room facilities and sanitary conditions are all OK, but the landlord's service attitude is very bad. I extended the booking and it took a long time until late at night before he replied to my message. GGuest UserThe air conditioner worked well and the water pressure wasn't bad. There are a lot of local stores nearby, and there's a supermarket in front of Biro and a Korean store, so it's nice.
GGuest UserThis place is hard to find even to some locals, and its especially hard for foreigners to come by for the first time. It's a newly building with security at the lobby, and there are shops and restaurants near by which is convenient. However; there is hardly a management of this property, we booked for 4days 3 nights and there were only 4 bottles in total and we had no respond when we required for more water bottles.(good thing is shops are close by.) Secondly, we also had no respond when we requied of house cleaning, we found and killed Cockroaches everyday. Last but not least, the third night of stay hot water running out, I had to take a cold shower. I don't mind taking cold showers in Vietnam's current weather, its just i didnt have an option of hot water makes this stay less worthy.
There are also some pros of this property, the views are good, you get to see the landmark 81 building right outside the window, and some parts of river view. Besides the views, they use good quality bedding appliances (mattresses are great) and electrical appliances(dryer in your closet, you get to hang your wet clothes, sanitize and dry them).
Overall, I would come back and live here if the management can starting to catch up.
NNongtienWe stayed one night at this hotel and were very satisfied. The swimming pool was spacious, clean water, not too crowded. The gym was small but had all the necessary equipment. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the city view was beautiful. The staff was enthusiastic.
