Nothing the worst customer service .

Terrible experience due to the room condition. The table was broken and had the leg propped up against it. The ceiling has some holes patched that had the plaster still dangling from it. The tile flooorng was coming apart everywhere. The lamp was broken and overall the quality of all the furniture and even the tv being mounted to the wall gives you a feeling of a ran down hotel. Much dirtier than the pictures eluded

The best experience we have had! Customer service was amazing, Velma was ready to help us always with a smile on her face us, the breakfast was amazing Maria is always so friendly and has amazing customer service!! Definitely would choose this hotel again!!

Avoid the elevators! The lady behind the desk was very sweet! Our room was nice. However when I made the reservation I asked for first floor, due to my mother being disabled and my husband just had shoulder surgery 2 days prior. They couldn’t accommodate so okay, moved on. That Sunday came around the elevator is broke we’re on the 3rd floor. This is our 3rd time staying here and every time the elevator breaks. It’s either the comfort or the main stay. We have 3 kids, a mother that’s disabled and a husband that can’t lift. It was a disaster. I couldn’t wait around for maintenance to come and fix it.
