Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen Katastrophe! Zimmer ok, Wassergläser nach Benutzung werden nicht ersetzt, Handtücher dünn und bleiben im Bad wie verlassen. Morgens beim Frühstück kein guten Morgen, Damen verstecken sich. Buffetware von mehreren Vortagen. Ich hatte ein Brötchen knochenhart, mindestens 3 Tage alt. Ebenso war zu sehen, dass das Buffet früh abgeräumt wurde und in einer Ecke die Reste (schon unansehnlich) wieder auf ein Tablett sortiert wurden, mit Frischhaltefolie versehen, um am nächsten Morgen wieder zu präsentieren.

Das Hotel Drei Schwanen hat mich überzeugt. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich begrüßt, das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr zuvorkommend und professionell. Mein Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich – super zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das reichhaltige Frühstück mit frischen, regionalen Produkten. Auch die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage ist ideal für Stadtbesichtigungen oder Geschäftsreisen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Wochenendausflug Schönes Hotel in der Altstadt.Wir waren zufrieden, obwohl die Zimmerausstattung schon ziemlich abgewohnt ist. Die nahgelegene Kirchturmuhr schlägt die ganze Nacht.

Perfect hotel personnel, but not the restaurant! The hotel physical condition was average. It is an old hotel so it is very normal and the personnel was soooo helpful and smiling. I want to send special thank for kind help and effort to personnel Ivanna and Malique.They were perfect people. But I had a very very bad restaurant experince . The restaurant does not belong to with the hotel but placed in the hotel so it is effecting the hotel prestige. The waiters are rude, I rejected to eat something in this restaurant.They said me there is no place other than 1 table but there were no people inside. They offered a table but this table does not have TV wiev even i said I will see the football play, and they said if you want to seat you seat, otherwise we have no table . It was so rude.

This is a hotel in good German style. Nice clean rooms. Good service and at a fair price. Only had good experiences from the stay and can highly recommend the place for shorter stays. The town is nothing special, but the hotel was good. At the hotel you will find a very good italian inspired restaurant.

I enjoyed a very nice few days at this hotel whilst visiting the racing at the nearby circuit. I had a very nice room, good breakfast and the bar areas were also excellent. I had to leave early due to train strikes and there was no offer of a refund for the final night. (Maybe a language issue). I would definitely stay agin.
