This is a decidedly mediocre hotel with untrained staff who didn’t know how to check-in foreigners. Just skip it. Seriously. For the same price you can go to Wanda or Crown Plaza where they have trained staff.
When we arrived to our room; all the windows were open, obviously airing it out as someone had been smoking in the room. It was just super mediocre. I don’t expect a lot from atour but honestly they can’t be charging the same price as Crown Plaza. That’s highway robbery.

The hostel we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the room was large and comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come. And would be happy to recommend to many.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The free parking lot is very user-friendly. There are free books to borrow in the lobby. The breakfast is delicious and there is Shaomai milk tea! The room was clean and comfortable! The free late-night porridge in the evening is great! will come again next time!

Stayed for two days. A family of three booked a parent-child room. There were two puppy toys and a small tent in the room. The children liked it very much. The remote control in the room seemed to have some problems, but it was just right for the children to watch less TV. There are two sets of toothbrushes and mouthwash cups by default. Remember to ask the front desk lady for them. However, the mouthwash cup was not delivered in the end. Maybe I forgot because I was busy. My child and I shared one.
The hotel is very convenient to take a taxi. It feels like it only takes 1-2 minutes to call a taxi. There is a reading place on the first floor, and there are picture books suitable for children. Bao Ma also reads to her child. The hotel breakfast is also very good. I left in a hurry today, and I just simply cleaned up the room and left, which caused trouble to the staff. In short, it was a good experience.
