以後應該是不會住這家店了，入住當天早上打電話告知説我定的房間下水管道不通，要求我們把訂單取消，然後重新下單大床房，説是可以給我們升級房型，可是我們定的是套房，升級後的房間也沒我們定的房間面積大，我回復酒店説是等去了酒店看看情況再決定，酒店前台説是可以，結果中午12點左右到酒店的時候，前台告知説是有問題的房間客人還沒有退房，要求我去看看給我們換的房間，房間在8樓。進屋一股煙味，我當時不同意換房間，説是我們可以克服房間下水不通的問題，洗澡的時候去朋友的房間洗澡，這時，前台又説那個定的房間除了下水不通，還有其他問題，這不前後矛盾嘛，幸虧攜程平台及時介入，我們最後還是如願住上了之前定的房間

設施：看了一圈差評來的，全季的差評少一點，以為呼市的酒店標準都要低一點，但是實際超預期了，覺得還可以的，是全季的標準，挺好的
衞生：不錯的，乾淨，
環境：酒店位置離地鐵站不是特別近，離博物院也有點距離，沒有想象中那麼近，交通還是方便的
服務：服務非常好

全季酒店跟風格還是一如既往穩定，剛好離地鐵站和內蒙古博物館很近，離蒙古商場也近。不過，蒙古商場裏的物價不便宜。酒店樓下有蒙亮，對面有采慄人，購物很方便。附近有天驕功勛冰煮羊，味道不錯，不踩雷。

房間乾淨舒服，前台的小姐姐小哥哥也都服務熱情，停車也很方便，在寒冷的零下二十度的呼和浩特，酒店很暖和，不用開空調，簡直太讚了，值得入住
