It's not a hotel building per se but rather a homestay style, the owner was really welcoming and nice!
However, there is no lift so it might be tough if you have big luggages
The phone in the room and at the front desk did not work. If there was a problem, I had to go downstairs to deal with it. It was very troublesome. The light switch in the room was blocked by the bed and could not be used. Finally, the waiter came and changed to a family room with no view at all. I was not happy with the money spent. accommodation experience.
This hotel was amazing! I love every aspect of the hotel, and the receptionist was super nice and kind to us.. she was also really helpful whenever we asked her something, and even provide us an earlier breakfast. Thank you and would love to come back here again!
Straff: is good , smile, friendly, supportive
and English is so good.
Place: near market and good place , easy transportation and have bicycle supportive
Room: clean and have fan, dryer
When we arrived, the first thing that impressed me was the caretaker. Brother Kevin gave a very good recommendation. Friendly and polite. We arrived at 12.20. Normally we have to wait until 14.00 to get in. The room was spacious but the bed was secretly itchy. There are pen marks on the blanket. There is water in the room. With kettle The sound of the car horn was a little loud. We slept on the first floor. There were convenience stores around. In front of the hotel, turn right and walk straight to Hoi An Old Town and Night Market. It's convenient to walk to.
hotel is clean, service is good, reception is cery friendly. overall it was a nice experience to stay. location also great, can just walk to ancient town, recommend to rent a motorbike
It takes about 15 〜 20 minutes to walk to the old town, but it was quiet at night because it was off the main street. There are vegan restaurants and cafes nearby.
The lady at the reception is very kind and friendly. I thought it was hard to carry my luggage without an elevator, and the cleaner and the lady at the reception carried it.
The room was large and clean. The bathtub felt old, but it also had a hot shower, and I thought it was a hotel more than the price. I would like to stay again.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, the owner was amazing and so helpful! We arrived at 5:30am after an awful sleeper bus and she offered for us to sleep on the sofa, we went out for breakfast and arrived back at the hotel at 10:30 am prepared to wait in the reception for our check in at 2pm and at 11am she came to tell us we could check into our room early! The bed was super comfortable and the balcony was lovely overlooking the pool. The bathroom was lovely and clean and we had both air conditioning and a fan which was great! The hotel was also only a 10 minute walk to the old town which was perfect! Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough it really made our time in Hoi An so special!
We stayed at Hoi An VI Khoa Villa for one night to explore the Hoi An Old Town. We felt at home. The owners are extremely professional, friendly, and nice. The room is large, tidy, and stocked with toiletries for guests. The bed sheet is so soft. The restroom is clean, spacious with rain shower head. The hotel is a one-minute walk from the night market, where you may ride a boat around the canal in the evening. The check-in and check-out process is simple and speedy. We arrived early and were able to deposit our stuff at the counter, go for a walk, and return. They do provide laundry service (50,000 VND per kg). The exchange money service offers competitive rates. They give a taxi to Da Nang for 300,000 VND. Motorcycle and bike rental are available at the hotel. Please note that there is no elevator so you may need to walk up and down the stairs. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time when I visit Hoi An.

I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 in the evening. An uncle-like person was waiting at the door. When I saw us, I started laughing. I was very enthusiastic to pick up my luggage. Unfortunately, I didn’t understand English. I didn’t understand Vietnamese... Instructions for printing in advance are handed to us, very detailed, like one. I was very touched by the enthusiasm to help us carry our luggage to the room. The hotel is very beautiful, a lot of bougainvillea, good. There are also shoes in the hotel, very clean, the bottom of the socks in the room is black... The front desk service is delicious and handsome, very enthusiastic. Morning tea is OK, there are drip coffee ☕️ tastes good, no Vietnamese powder and other characteristics, Western food. The two waiters did not seem to laugh, but they saw that the Europeans and Americans would be silent again.

Very Good
GGuest UserI’m impressed with the impeccable service from the receptionist (Ben) who is very friendly & helpful in all my enquires as he can also converse in English competently.
The place is cozy, and my room is very clean and new and everything works just fine as what u get is what u actually sees in their advertising pictures! My room is actually on the 1st floor next to the indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool is small and only good for a cool dip from the hot weather in Hoi An during summer season now.
This place is not too far from the old Hoi An town and u can take a leisurely 10 mins walk or cycle, as free bicycle rental is provided for its guests.
At night the surrounding areas will start to bustle with activities with many eateries opening and also a nearby spa to pamper u all day and night at reasonable charges.
I highly recommend this place for its ambience and standards of accommodation that is at a decent price. No regrets staying here for the 2 nights I spent in Hoi An!
AAnonymous UserIt is a cost-effective B&B in Hoi An. It is located in a small alley and has several rooms. We booked a large room with a balcony. It is actually a room next to the large terrace on the first floor. It is very large.
There are a lot of crooked nuts, and the front desk's English is good. My plastic English is completely adequate, haha. You cannot exchange RMB for Vietnamese Dong at the front desk, but you can use US dollars. There are many places in Hoi An Ancient Town where you can exchange RMB for Vietnamese dong.
GGuest UserI can't say enough great things about Tam and Viet's hosting of us at Coco Viet! They supported us through every step of our trip (recommendations, translation, laundry, ordering breakfast, making (perfect) coffee -- we (all 8 of us!) came home from a long afternoon touring and were welcomed with fresh local tea and cookies (!!!). While staying with Tam and Viet, we felt completely at home. The fresh flowers and classy decor made me feel like I was staying in a very expensive hotel, but Coco Viet was incredibly affordable. The views from the balconies can't be beat. I can't recommend Coco Viet enough!

집집이체고I couldn't take a picture because I was insane when I checked in ㅠ
Stayed in a room with one queen bed for two people.
There is air conditioning in the room and the room was quite spacious like the room picture when I searched Google, so it was easy to unpack my luggage and it was tidy overall. Even though I arrived at dawn, the boss kindly greeted me. He's nice to say hello when he goes back and forth outside.
Banmi restaurant bank ATM Starbucks is within walking distance! I also visited the Old Town and the night market and walked in. The location is good and I am satisfied overall.
Check in at dawn with the hotel owner or Trip.com customer center before going ..! If I go in the early morning, I'm scared because there are no people and I don't know..
GGuest UserThe best accommodation experience of this trip
1. Good location, you can walk to the downtown area, but the location is quiet, quiet in the bustling area, there is an elevator, so you don’t have to worry about moving luggage
2. The boss is very nice. He contacted me by email many times before the trip about the pick-up and coconut boat booking. He was very kind and helped a lot
3. The hotel is small and exquisite, and it is very comfortable to live in
4. The boss shared a lot of travel suggestions with tourists. If you want to stay in a thoughtful and well-located homestay, choose this place
5. Da Nang pick-up is cheaper than grab, and coconut boat booking is also cheaper. You can really ask the boss for help
