Hoi An Discovery Villa Reviews

First off i would like to be thankful for the owner Thuy Thanh for the free upgrade to the best suite in the villa (even tho im only a solo traveller) and her hospitality. She is very friendly, informative and made me feel homely. Language barrier is not a problem as her english is considered quite good for a local. The suite is amazingly cosy and spacious, definitely the best highlight of my trip. Chose local breakfast during my stay and they were both delicious and huge portion to last til late noon. Locationwise is 10-15mins walk to oldtown(otherwise can also use the free bicycle provided) and definitely more peaceful. I only use them to cycle around the paddyfield nearby for the view and cafe. Bought some fresh fruits as there is also a 5-8mins walk local market nearby. The only hiccup to me is the bottled water, would be great if its replaced and provided everyday during my stay. But overall i would definitely stay here again.

First of all, it was clean and very kind! Even though we came in late, they opened all the doors for us, and above all, the breakfast was really delicious!!!!!! Next time I go to Hoi An, I will definitely go back Thank you for making our trip to Vietnam beautiful :)

I had a good rest. The accommodation was a bit old, but it was still comfortable to rest in. I was given a king + king room on the 3rd floor, so it was difficult to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. There is one wall-mounted air conditioner and one ceiling fan, so only the bed on the air conditioner side is cool during the day. At night, I slept in the air conditioned bed with my face covered because the wind hit my face. The location is really good. There are several good massage shops nearby. It was really nice to have several delicious local restaurants. The swimming pool is great to play in and I had fun and enjoyed it. I choose breakfast the day before and eat it in the morning, thanks to the delicious local food. I really felt like I was abroad. Located in a peaceful place. It's a very lovely place. I plan to come again next time

What a fantastic villa. Lovely room with nice beds and pillows. Shower wonderful. Swimming pool available. Breakfast very extensive and everything fresh. Host helpful with everything. With Grab bike within 10 minutes in old town or beach. Nice stay just outside the hustle and bustle of the city

The kindness of the owner was great, and the bikes provided were great for traveling around the old town and the beach. The breakfast was very clean and delicious.

Although it is a bit far from Hoi An Night Market, It's a long enough distance to walk. It is in a good location for access from Da Nang. The swimming pool is clean and the owner is friendly.

Although it was a short trip of 2 days and 1 night, I loved this hotel where I was able to have a great experience in Howian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are a lot of ants in the room. The shower needs to be repaired, but the owner is kind ^^

첫날엔 에어컨 수리문제로 신청한 방과 다른방(더 큰방)을 받았는데 바선생..이 나와서 무서워서 잠을 못잤답니다..ㅎㅎ 그래도 옮긴방은 훨씬 예쁘고 좋았어요! 호스트분들 친절하시고 조식 넘 맛있습니다. 올드타운에서 살짝 떨어져있지만 도보로 15분내로 걸어다닐 수 있어요 ㅎㅎ 가성비 최고😆 추천해요

Our extended family of 21 enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Discovery Villa, nothing was too much trouble for our amazing hosts. The breakfasts and banquets were delicious and the helpful tips were great to see and enjoy HoiAn. We had a truly wonderful time and would definitely return!

Great place, been here for 11 days and I love the food, the quiet and clean rooms, the host that actually helped me plan my holiday activities and got very involved so I can have the best experience while in Hoi An. From fresh towels daily, local delicious good, shopping recommandations (ooh, the dresses!!!) to evening cocktails, trips and festivals, our host made it a wonderful experience!

Our family had a wonderful time at this villa would totally recommend booking out the whole villa for your friends and or family it's well worth it. Thahn and her husband are amazing very accommodating and really go the extra mile for you. The place is kept clean and the beds are comfy and also very clean. We would catch a grab to the old town and get a tutt tutt back that was fun. There's massages in the vicinity my husband said the best one was the cheapest which was half min walk from the villa on your right. Thanh also gives you best insight on what do do where to go and gets good discounts. She also makes good cocktails and does your laundry at a good price. The Villa really is a home away from home. My family loved it. Thank you so much Thahn and your husband for taking such good care of us xx

Nothing we asked was too much trouble. Great room . Great staff . Lovely hosts . They were just lovely people . Always willing to have a chat and learn more about us and our culture and our needs . Beautiful engaging people. Great to share stories and life . Just awesome in every way. 2 klms from AnBang beach , 2 klms from old Hoi An
