Hoi An Delicacy Hotel & Spa

This was my second stay at Hoi An Delicacy Hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first. The staff are incredibly helpful—especially Chloe, who remembered me from my previous trip and made everything seamless. She helped us book tickets to the Memories Show and arranged a driver for a beautiful day visiting rice fields, villages, and a tranquil coffee spot with amazing views and the best mango sticky rice. Can’t wait to come back in another two years!

This hotel was a fantastic start to my journey in Vietnam. It's in a convenient location—not crowded, yet very easy to explore the old town from here. The room was comfortable with a cozy bed and thoughtful amenities. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. A big thank you to Chloe, Susan, and the kind gentleman who assisted with the bicycle. Their warm and helpful attitude made me feel truly welcome.

Fantastic service by the staff in this hotel. We got a free upgrade to a room with pool view and it was nice and spacious. The bath tub and bed were of comfortable size and made for a great stay.

It’s a really nice little hotel. About 1km walk to the Japanese bridge, Hotel crew extremely nice and helpful. Small pool is available but we never had time to test it. Breakfast is OK also by western standards. Rooms are small but feels almost new and nicely decorated. We will come back for sure 😎

An impressive experience with an excellent hotel. The room was wonderful, clean and luxurious with a plentiful supply of green tea and Vietnamese coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and bathroom were marvelous and the view of the river particularly good at sunset. The only problem was being opposite the lift so there was occasional corridor noise. The breakfast was outstanding with great choice of Western and Vietnamese styles. All was fresh, especially the pastries and fruit. There were chefs waiting to take orders for dishes such as Omelettes, Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs, Pho and Noodle Soups. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is on th4 edge of How An with a short walk to the fields and river but also only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town and night market area. The staff were incredibly good. They are all very friendly, always greeting em by name and aware of the particulars of my stay. When I arrived late at night, the receptionist had arranged for the air conditioning to be turned on in my room prior to arrival which was very welcome. Whatever I required to help my stay, the reception helped and provided. When I left in the early morning, they unexpectedly offered to provide a breakfast box and cup of tea for my drive to the airport. They are really lovely people as one always finds in Vietnam. This hotel is highly recommended.
